Created a new character, Caeden "Smiley" Moros. Based on the Joker and looking to cause some Chaos. Target is Coruscant and looking for an important building to destroy, person to kill, etc. Also looking for some people to participate, whether with me or against me. Open to suggestions. Thanks.
