Abyss literally had to be crippled for my Cortosis dev. This seems more like a normal defeat to be completely honest.

Devastating means like limbs removed, your character beaten to a bloody pulp so badly you need medical attention and are near death. What you have here? Simple defeat. Sorry bub.
