enfused with his own (Seruto) taking control - similar to a second personality only cooler sounding.
-Throughout his life he gathered many scars, several ruining fluid motion. Without force enhancements he can't move the best. (To help counter his great Ataru skills)

Neo can't remember much about his past, not even his parents names. But he could remember the rigorous training he had taken, that always was in his memories. Many different masters thought him, none wanting a true apprentice, but willing to teach him saber skills.
Despite being slightly younger then some, and older then a usual padawan, Neo learns better than the other norm as well. He is an opponent that should never be underestimated, being thorough in a fight to the point of near predicting moves.
