- Slave-Rigged — The Neptulon-class received a slave circuit system which has significantly reduced the amount of sentient labor that would normally be required to operate a ship of this scale.
- Forward Ram — A ram had been installed at the bow of the Neptulon-class made from a dallorian-impervium alloy and supported by durasteel keel that had been infused with thorilide and vitanium. The forward ram was designed to allow the Neptulon-class to literally smash through enemy ships that were directly in its path.
- Heavy Firepower — The Neptulon-class was equipped with heavy-hitting Summer-class Triple Heavy Mass-Driver Cannons and Trident-class Autocannons which together can unleash a heavy barrage on opposing ships after they've entered the Neptulon-class's firing arc.
- Point Defense — The Neptulon-class has been equipped with MAI-1 Defensive Turrets, a close-in-weapon system which were designed to launch neutronium spheres to intercept incoming missiles and other fast-approaching astronomical objects, and with Dakka Point Defense Turrets, which were designed to shoot down starfighters with kinetic rounds.
- Starlight Scutum — The Neptulon-class has been equipped with the Starlight Scutum-series Shield System which allows this capital ship to create shield sphere, which can provide protection to surrounding vessels. This shield is strongest when constrained to the endpoints of the ship, but can be increased to double the diameter of the Neptulon-class, though this halves the strength of the Starlight Scutum. Due to unique properties of the technology, the Starlight Scutum is especially strong against kinetic and other physical attacks.
- Radiation Resistance — The interior sections of the Neptulon-class have been lined with Agrinium which provides the crew an additional layer of protection from the dangerous effects of radiation that can be encountered when a ship loses its shields.
- Speed — The Neptulon-class was equipped with multiple tightly-packed Ion Drives to propel this Star Cruiser forward at impressive speeds.
- Gulfstream — The Neptulon-class was equipped with the Gulfstream Maneuvering System which uses gravitationally-enhanced gyroscopic stabilizers to increase maneuverability at the expense of speed.
- Interdiction Disruption — The Neptulon-class was equipped with a Gravity Well Neutralizer which can cancel-out the effects of a corresponding Gravity Well Projector of an interdictor vessel once the blockade breaker has entered firing range.
- No Armor — What separates the crew of the Neptulon-class from the vacuum of space is an alusteel hull. Because of the lack of sturdy armor, once starfighters have gotten past the ship's shields, their laser cannons alone can begin to tear through the outer hull of the Neptulon-class.
- Exposed Bridge — The command tower of the Neptulon-class extends 300 meters away from the main hull of the ship. Located on the top floor of the command tower is the command deck which is where the majority of ranking officers can be found, as well as the majority of the ship's communication and sensor functions. When the command deck, or worst, the entire command tower, are taken-out – the ship loses its leadership and the ability to communicate beyond its immediate area of subspace.
- Ventral Bulbs — Located on the midsection of the Neptulon-class is a ventral bulb which contains the ship's fusion reactor. A well-placed proton torpedo could pierce the alusteel armor plating and detonate the fusion reactor, causing all the ship's armament, defense, and advance systems to go offline, leaving only standard systems like life support online. If the Neptulon-class has already rammed another capital ship, it's likely the explosion would be enough to break the star cruiser in half.
- Exposed Rear — The Ion Engines of the Neptulon-class are exposed and lack armaments to deter enemy harassment from behind which leaves this part of the ship vulnerable to exploitation. If an enemy is able to knock-out the ship's engines they could leave them stranded or a sitting duck in a battle.
- Shields and Ram — When the Neptulon-class wants to ram an enemy ship, it needs to deactivate its shields to avoid overpowering its shield systems.
- Hull Integrity and Ram — The keel of the Neptulon-class was specially designed to hold its integrity under the incredible shock that a ship experiences when ramming another vessel. However, even with this design precautions, this ship is only capable of undertaking this action twice. Attempts to go beyond that limitation would tear the Neptulon-class apart, even with its thorilide and vitanium-infused keel.
- Broadside Firing Arc — All of the heavy-hitting weapon emplacements like Summer-class Triple Heavy Mass-Driver Cannons and Trident-class Autocannons are installed on the ship's broadsides. To bring its firepower to bear this star cruiser would need to run parallel with an opposing ship.
- EMP Weapons — The Neptulon-class does not have adequate resistance to weapons or natural phenomena that cause electrical disturbances.
- Starlight Scutum
- Shield Windows — When one of the arrays powering the Starlight Scutum fails this creates an opening in the shield sphere. Unlike traditional shield systems which usually contain separate systems for ray shields (plasma resistance) and particle shields (kinetic resistance), the Starlight Scutum is two shields-in-one.
- Real Estate — When the Starlight Scutum is activated and pushed to its fullest extent at twice the diameter ofthe Neptulon-class Star Cruiser, it can create a large, destructive bubble, that could cause problems for friendly ships on the outside of the Starlight Scutum.
- Gulfstream
- Gravity Flux — When the Gulfstream Maneuvering System is activated creates a signature that is can be easily detected from a great distances by standard sensor systems.
- Reduced Speed — When the Gulfstream Maneuvering System is activated, the ship decreases in speed to increase its maneuverability.
- Gravity Well Neutralizer
- Point to Point, Interdiction Disruption — The Gravity Well Neutralizer that's been installed on the Audacity-class can only be used on one interdictor vessel at a time.
- Scalability, Interdiction Disruption — The Gravity Well Neutralizer can only be used against an interdictor vessel of a similar size. While the Audacity-class can handle interdictor vessels up to 500 meters, its Gravity Well Neutralizer ceases to work against anything larger.
- Slave Rigged — Because a significant portion of the Numerator-class has been automated, this ship has increased vulnerability to Slicing and EMP weaponry.
Following the conclusion of the refit project that would result in the Audacity-class, the engineer team responsible at Corellia would be commissioned to work with a team of Mon Calamarian designers develop a new star cruiser. They would work begin their work quickly. Full of ambition they would design a star cruiser that would be equipped with a naval ram to allow this ship to literally break through a blockade. They would make the naval ram from Dallorian-impervium whose acquisition would consist of twenty-percent of the cost of the heavy cruiser alone, let alone the additional cost to weld the materials into a naval ram, and even further cost to install the large superstructure onto the ship.
A problem would emerge. The timetable for the design was tightened. The team responsible would undergo a time crunch, working many nights, to design the star cruiser, burning out many engineers. During this time a simple but significant math error would occur and wouldn't be caught until much later. Because of this error the design team greatly under-estimated the power needs of the ship they were building, and by the time the error was caught, a critical decision needed to be made. They could a.) start-over from scratch, 2.) remove three flight decks, or 3.) relocate the command structure and supporting departments to an auxiliary structure. They went with the third option, and built a command tower.
The would finish the project in 856 ABY and the first generation of ships would be built and launched in 858 ABY.

Rating Disclaimer — The Cuttlecruiser is currently two points over. I've listed four weaknesses I considered candidates for a significant weakness to balance the stats.
