New and looking for help

Hey!

I am new here but not new to roleplay.

I am ready to make my character but i am a bit lost on a few things.

For example.

If you make a jedi padawan how do you get a master?
Also what is the status of the Jedi? I am aware it's set long after 'The Force Awakens'.
Is there a place where Jedi roleplayers gather like a temple?

I apologize if my questions seem silly and i would appreciate any help

Technically you start off as the lowest rank of what ever faction you join, masters are obtained the same way they would be in the starwars universe by being picked. as for status of the jedi I could not tell you but if you click the factions button and click on the jedi order then click join you can see all IC and occ posts involving that faction [member="Piper Rennan"]

Check under factions. The Jedi Order is where it's at, there you can find a Master!

If you make a jedi padawan how do you get a master?

You can request a master at any time in our LFG forum. Alternatively, if you join a faction, you might be able to find one there. Or maybe your master recruits you into the faction. Who knows!

Also what is the status of the Jedi?

We have three active factions that include Jedi. The Silver Sanctum Coalition (which I know little about), the Republic (which is in chaos), and the Galactic Alliance (which I'd suggest for new members).

Is there a place where Jedi roleplayers gather like a temple?

Depends on the Jedi!

Not saying star warsy things aren't allowed, I'm sorry, I just thought with the new elements and events that occurred, changed the entire legacy era. Apologies for not being around when these statements were made on the board.

It didn't change much of anything, to be honest. As far as we're concerned, Thrawn is still a thing, the Yuuzhan Vong, still invaded the galaxy, etc. And also the First Order rose to power in the absence of Palpatine. It all happened. We're not terribly worried about canon that does or doesn't mesh, because this board is super non-canon. XD
