Orion, I haven't liked leaving your thread sat here unanswered, but there's a reason why it has been, so I thought I'd let you know: what you're quite frankly looking for, judging by your description, is someone to draw you an avatar by hand and then create an appropriate set of images from that. That's an awful lot of work, honestly, and most people capable of doing it...won't. The alternative is to go forth and find yourself a real-world playby that can then be edited that suit your needs: that would be easier for everyone involved, and the way I'd suggest you go.
Anyway, didn't like this sitting here ignored while all the other threads were being answered - my honest suggestion is to do a thorough Google search and find something appropriate for yourself. We can manipulate and play around with any images that you find, but creating them from scratch is the sort of work people tend to pay for, and that's not something we'd ask here!
