New Faction Leaders

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening all!

You will most likely not know me as I have taken a long hiatus from the site for quite some time. I've just posed this to ponder about the rules in which I have to proceed to take over a minor faction. I recall reading about the instructions somewhere however have not been able to locate that post (a link would be helpful). Basically what's happened is the small faction: The Paladin Consortium (http://starwarsrp.net/groups/686-the-paladin-consortium/) that I am apart of has not been active at all since about midway through this year. I don't believe any of the characters in this faction are active anymore apart from myself and was wondering about how I can go about 'commandeering' this faction and becoming its leader. The current leader, Janus (http://starwarsrp.net/user/9767-janus/) has not been active since September has has done very little with our little faction. I would be fully prepared to write a solo RP too take over and others to go about recruiting new members (If that is how it is done).

As for owning the faction, you MUST reach out to contact the person who owns the faction. Ask them about it before this. And a PM to the writer account, or contact Via Skype *if you can do so* works just as well. If they don't respond in a week's time, then maybe bring it to the attention of the RPJ's and Admins for them to switch it over for you.

If you believe the faction is inactive after reaching out to the staff of that faction you can post in the above.

Exhaust all avenues before doing so however.
