I feel like we’ve done this before. Another faction vote, and another new owner. For those who do not know me, I am Isamu Baelor. I had previously acted as a Faction Admin since around November of last year. I know we've had some instability in leadership, with all these votes, but that's over now. I've been here in a Faction Staff position for months, and I don't plan to stop anytime soon.
When choosing the new team, I chose not to look at things like post counts, or board seniority. I looked for those who had shown a real passion for the faction, and had gone above-and-beyond in helping the faction grow. As such, I would like everyone to welcome the new OS Faction Admin Team:

This team represents a wide-spectrum of our member base. It is comprised of older, and newer, members. We have force-users, as well as military personnel. This will allow us to tackle faction needs, and issues, from a variety of different perspectives.
To better help delegate the work, I’ve decided to assign each of the admins a primary area to focus on. This will allow us to offer more to you, our members, as I believe you deserve more than the bare-minimum.
[member="Darth Erebos"] - General Help / Co-Head Trainer
In this thread, you made it clear: You want a Dark Council that is comprised of notable members of the OS, not just Sith Lords. As such, that's what we'll be doing. The Dark Lord will not be revived, and the X of the Dark Lord positions will be vacated. Why? Well, because we can't have a Voice, or a Hand of the Dark Lord with no Dark Lord. I've talked to active members of the previous Voice positions, and they have agreed. Now, I don't believe in demoting people for story, so those members will find themselves on the new Dark Council. We'll put up a thread in the next few days, explaining the Dark Council, who's on it, and the Spheres of Influence they hold.
One of my goals is to get you, our members, a bit more involved in the decision making of the faction. We started that with the Dark Council vote, and I would like to continue that. In the future, you will see threads go up with [Faction Feedback] in the title. These threads will contain ideas we have to implement something new in the faction, or overhaul something old. It'll be in these threads where you can read it, and then post any changes you feel should be made. If the faction feels very strongly about a change, it'll give us a chance to implement it, and then roll out the new idea. For example: The Wills. That idea didn't work out unfortunately, so we'll be going back to the drawing board. [member="Darth Vornskr"] has worked on a draft for a new governor system, so in the coming days, we'll post that up and get your feedback on it.
I work with an open-door policy. So if any of you, new or old members alike, have questions which you want to ask me. Please feel free to send me a PM. I will do my best to answer your questions, help you if you need it, or if I can't, I will endeavor to find someone who can. One of my goals is for us to return to that atmosphere of us being a family, because that has slowly slipped away.

[member="Konrad von Grimmelshausen"] - New Member Liaison/Co-Head Trainer
- During the Civil War thread, some new members felt it was an “old members” only thread. That wasn’t the case, but it’s an issue that some new members felt that. To help rectify that, Konrad has been assigned to be the New Member Liaison. What does that position entail? Well, Konrad will focus on making sure that new members feel welcomed in the faction, as well as helping them participate in our threads. Konrad will also be there to field any questions that new members have.
- Konrad will also be working as our Co-Head Trainer, alongside Darth Erebos. The two will regularly schedule training threads which will be open to everyone. Konrad will be focusing on Non Force-User training.
[member="Darth Erebos"] - General Help / Co-Head Trainer
- As stated above, Darth Erebos will also act as Co-Head Trainer, and will focus on Force-User training. I'll let the both of them go into details about what they plan later on. Darth Erebos will also act in a capacity similar to past Faction Admins. He won't have such a narrow focus, but will rather help around the faction where he is needed.
[member="Darth Prazutis"] - Faction Story/Advertisements
- You can expect to see more Faction Advertisements to help grow our numbers. Darth Prazutis will also put up posts explaining IC where the faction is, and what the general story the faction is following. For example: We'll be putting up a post-event thread, explaining what the civil war has done to the faction galaxy-wide. This will help new, and old, members alike understand exactly what the faction is doing, and can help them figure out where their characters fit in it.
[member="Krayzen Dratos"] - General Help
- Krayzen will serve in a similar capacity to Darth Erebos. You'll see him helping me with the military, helping Konrad with new members, and just generally offering support where its needed. He'll also be subbing new tech, so that we can resume offering them as rewards for MoTM.

Member of The Month
We're going to have to do a bit of catch up for MoTM. Due to the leadership shakeup, we just missed out on giving out the February MoTM. Although it's no longer February, I still want to award it for that month, and March's MoTM will come in two weeks. So, without further ado, I'd like everyone to congratulate [member="Rookie"] for being February's Member of The Month!
