All right So now that I've been voted in as the new FO, I guess it's time I get this introductory thread over and done with. Well I'm not sure how many of you know me in this faction but I intend to at least try to fill [member="Isamu Baelor"]'s shoes. For those unfamiliar with me, I'm Darth Erebos and I've been a faction Admin since around march this year when Isamu was voted in as I was part of his admin team. I hope to be a reasonable FO and I never make a decision unless I have both sides of the story, but I will never tolerate being lied to or being fed bs that is then revealed to be bs at a later date.
To begin with I'll will keep the Faction Feedback Threads, they are a good way to show the leadership how well their ideas and thoughts are received by the members of the faction new and old. Member of the month will also continue as I feel that it is good to show our appreciation to those that have shown the best stories and dedication to not only the faction but also their characters. Lastly I will be continuing with the open door policy. As such if any of you, new or old members alike, have questions which you want to ask me. Please feel free to send me a PM. I will do my best to answer your questions, help you if you need it, or if I can't, I will endeavor to find someone who can. One of my goals is the same as Isamu's which is for the os to have that atmosphere of us being a family.
I'm very new to this but I promise that if any problems arise I'll be fair and impartial no matter the situation. I've enjoyed roleplaying on this site and I hope to bring a similar joy to the rest of this faction. As such if any of you have ideas you want to try out or just talk about feel free to pm me or even post them on the General discussion forum. Last but not least I would like to add that nonconstructive behavior towards others or behavior solely used to try and drive up drama will be frowned upon. No one likes a drama heavy faction so lets all be civil and keep it that way.
