Vel'alari has created a new group called Bilbringi Imperial Remnant.

An imperial warlord state formed around the shipyard world of Bilbringi, the Bilbringi Imperial Remnant consists of former Core Imperials now united under the banner of the former CEDF Admiral turned Imperial Warlord, the Chiss known as Vel'alari. Under her leadership, the BIR are consolidating their forces to secure their holdings and withstand potential aggression from their neighbours.
