DESCRIPTION

The Intergalactic Shipping Collective is a Trading and Shipping Conglomerate that mostly focuses on Trade and Shipping as well as Logistics Services which initially operated mainly throughout the Seswenna Sector after relocating there from the Core Worlds upon the Collapse of the Confederacy. During their first weeks of operations , they utilized aggressive methods to further increase their wealth and influence to the point of gaining an absolute monopoly over all trade within the Seswenna Sector , an act which granted them the prominence they desired so much. Unfortunately their actions caught the attention of a certain individual by the name of Marlon Sularen and his peers within the Final Dawn who kept close tabs on the Conglomerate until the Collapse of the Confederacy of Independent Systems.

Sularen , his associate Haon Hafey and the Final Dawn immediately launched a covert hostile takeover of the Intergalactic Shipping Collective (Which were largely unaware of the Final Dawn's Plans) which resulted in the appointment of Dorian Sevenar under the alias of Adam Versili as it's CEO. Under the direction of Sevenar , the Intergalactic Shipping Collective has continued to expand throughout former Confederate Space establishing it's own Private Military Force to combat other opportunistic organizations that might try to usurp their position in the Seswenna Sector , as well as going as far as establishing Arcane Inc. in an ongoing attempt to establish a monopoly over the Thyferra's Bacta to further increase their influence. Secretly backed by the Politorate , the Final Dawn's Intelligence Agency (Also led by Dorian Sevenar as it's Director-Admiral) , the Intergalactic Shipping Collective has continued to grow unchallenged throughout former Confederate Space ready to ascend to the status of Megacorporation and join the ranks of other powerful and influential coreward Corporations such as the Trade Federation , Federal Cooperative and the Nakaioma Corporation.

RATIONALE
The Intergalactic Shipping Collective was formed as a result of a merger between numerous , lesser-known Corporations in the Core Worlds who sought to establish a strong presence on the market and gain prominence throughout the Galaxy in the aftermath of the collapse of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. To achieve this , these various Corporations agreed to combine their resources to form a single Conglomerate before moving into the Outer Rim relocating to the Seswenna Sector where they subsequently made use of rather questionable tactics to establish themselves as the Dominant Corporation in the Sector which allowed them to gain a monopoly over all trade within the Sector which in turn allowed them to further expand their reach beyond the Seswenna Sector via their newfound wealth and influence. However this rapid rise to prominence however caught the eye of Marlon Sularen and Haon Hafey who upon finalizing their plans for Project Mythos , immediately orchestrated a covert hostile takeover by assassinating , blackmailing and outright bribing members of the ISCs Board of Directors in which eventually culminated in the appointment of Dorian Sevenar under his alias Adam Versili , as the new CEO of the Intergalactic Shipping Collective essentially transforming the Ambitious Conglomerate into yet another Proxy for the Final Dawn
