Not Quite Right
Hey everyone. I just joined the site a couple days ago and after settling on a character to play I've decided to join the Silver Jedi Faction. I'm not sure exactly what the proper procedure is or what I should be doing as a new player, so I figure just posting here is as good a place as any to start.
So basically what I'm looking for is some guidance on where would be a good place to get started. Is there some sort of general faction RP I could start with, or anything like that?
I'd also like to find a Master for my Padawan to thread with. I'm pretty active, and while training threads are fun, I think I'd have more fun actively joining a stronger character as a student in various threads (whether it be missions, or whatever it may be). I'm not in a huge rush to become a Jedi Knight, and I have no idea where I want this character to go in terms of development. I'm of the mindset right now of just jumping in and seeing what happens with her.
If anyone is interested in having a Padawan let me know! I'm really excited to get started. This place looks like a lot of fun, but I still need some help finding my way around.
EDIT: Also, I'm still fleshing out some parts of my character bio, but there are parts I've intentionally left blank to better fit in with whoever would like to take on a student. For example my lightsaber form is left blank, and I'd gladly take whatever form my teacher uses.
