New TKO Search & Rescue Ship

This is currently pending approval. It's a 3000 meter hospital ship that is essentially a high mobile, re-positional, floating research hospital and dedicated ambulance carrier.

As per the dev thread, Corellia Digital negotiated the purchase of one for the Kathol Outback from Sasori Research.

So... go nuts.
