Resolved New Vault Items Not Displaying

Looks like new items aren't being displayed in the Vault list. It was brought to my attention with these two (1, 2) and confirmed with one of my own. The most recent item displayed appears to be from last Sunday. This extends to in-Vault searches but (obviously) not the tag system.

Happens to me too, I see that items aren't appearing. I check companies. It says that there are 7 companies but I only count 6.

This bug seems to apply to edited items as well - I edited Sith+ and it disappeared from the Company list, but as hado already noted the Vault seems to correctly state the number of items in each category. At least based on current information.​
