Hello! I joined a few weeks ago but kind of haven't started because of personal engagements taking up my time, but I'm almost ready to start, however, I have a few questions regarding my general goal with the first character I wanna do, and roleplay etiquette involved.
I want to be a good RP-er who takes hits and things and lets stuff go, though I'm kind of new to this proper thing and wanna do it as right as I can. I do have a general idea though about my character's arc I want to do, and I'm wondering if that's unfair to everyone else, even though it's a really vague framework and not really specific.
I want to take hits, things that last and stuff, but basically I want my character to reach a certain point before they're killed, and that's what I'm wondering if it is in bad taste?
I'm going for Jedi, and I want the character to have an arc and die after reaching a certain point I feel is right (after my main development is played out and they've done master things for a while, I guess?)
I've been trying to read as much stuff as I can before I start, but I don't know if anyone else has a general idea in which they want their character to go, but I have and want to know if that's bad or not?
I don't mind if they end up becoming more machine than fuzzball by the end, I just wanna reach a point before they're offed basically.
I hope this made some sense, I tend to get worried about if I'm doing anything right
After I'm done with this I wanna do a NFU character, but that'd be when I'm ready
