Strengths:
- Interceptor: Though not classes as an interceptor the NH-CF does have a boon in the speed department giving it that extra oomph when fighting more standard star fighters.
- Easy to Repair: As per request the NH-CF is easy to maintain and repair, such made even easier with the ZI series components which Zayane Industries has already made easy to maintain for clients.
- Few Pew Pew: The NH-CF has a lack in fire power due to it's class as an SSF, though good against other fighter and some ships it can not take anything from a corvette and up.
The NH-CF was not a planned production but was actually a costume order placed in by a client that was in need of a small star fighter force to protect a ship. Said client having several requirement for the fighter, needing it to be only cost 60,000 credits each, have at least two lasers cannons a simple shield generator. This along with being effortless to maintain and quick to repair. A somewhat challenging task but one that Harley already had an idea from, once more drawing inspiration from the past, the produced fighter being a mix between the Z-95_Headhunter and the old R-41_Starchaser.
Operational Use:
The NH-CF is your standard space superiority fighter, leading a little more towards an interceptor role, able to stand up in combat and deal out damage to most fighters easily, aside from dedicated boom and zoom fighters, which will often outperform this ship. Unfortunately said lass of fighters is a personal contracting design meaning that for the moment said craft if only short in supply and not available to the general public until further notice.
Defenses:
The somewhat bulky frame of the NH-CF does make it a little more robust then most fighters, able to have a decent amount of armor between critical components and the void of space. More space also allowing for a larger power generator and thus more energy to the onboard shielding unit. Though this gives it a light edge over other ships it is still not quite on par with heavy fighters. Still the extra speed and maneuverability of the NH-CF does give it more options in avoiding enemy attacks.
