HISTORICAL INFORMATION

The story of Niahelios begins with Titus Septimus, a Jedi Master around the on-set of the Gulag Plague. Witnessing the societal breakdown of the Galactic Alliance of old in real time, Septimus returned home to Niahelios to prepare for the worst. In time, as the Alliance collapsed into itself, the public became enraptured by Septimus and his defense of Niahelios from the myriad of threats menacing the planet, elevating him to Jedi Lord.

What happened in the ensuing 400 years is unclear, but by time the Gulag Plague had abated, and order had returned, Titus had solidified his legacy- the Septimus Dynasty. His lineage had become the kings and queens of Niahelios, guided by Titus's sense of honor and justice, the consent of the people, and- Unbeknownst to the populace at large- the Force, passing on his Holocron and tomes. House Septimus ruled from New Titus. The 400 Year Darkness for the galaxy, wreaked by the Gulag Plague, was a golden age for the Niahelios. The population boomed, the arts flourished, education flourished, and Seydala- Niahelio's moon- was colonized.

Yet, as chaos, receded from the galaxy, a hostile force turned their eyes toward Niahelios- the Ssi-Ruuk Imperium. Viewing the Niaheli as easy picking, the Ssi-Ruu invaded Niahelios, getting to the heart of Solara, before being repulsed by King Indoril Septimus and his legions. The Ssi-Ruu offensive was repulsed, at great cost. Vowing to never allow the Niaheli to be at the mercy of invaders, King Indoril turned Niahelios into a martial society. Indeed, many historian point to the beginning of the Niaheli's militaristic tradition to Indoril.

Many more would come over the years- the Nagai, the Tof, and the Grysk, to name a few. However, they would find themselves soundly rebuffed. The Chiss Ascendency, in time, would come- with an offer of friendship. The Niaheli, exhausted by nearly 30 years of non-stop conflicts, accepted. The Chiss became Niahelio's primary trading partner. With that, came ideas, and innovations from the larger galaxy.

King Uriel Septimus IV feared the spread of ideas of the larger galaxy, believing they would undermine and tear at the fabric of Niaheli society. But the public wanted more- more trade, opportunities, technologies. The tales of a galaxy filled with wonder, riches, and adventure from Chiss refugees from the destroyed Csilla, captured the attention of the Niaheli, and demand for opening relations with the greater galaxy grew to a fever pitch following the end of the Great Hyperspace War. Septimus reluctantly bowed to public pressure, sending dignitaries to Coruscant to petition for membership into the Galactic Alliance.

Tiber Septimus Tiber Septimus - Great submission, but I am going to need a few things fixed before I can push this through.

Image credit doesn't actually go to a site, it just takes me to the image itself. I need the location from where you found it, or preferably a direct link to the artist who created it.

Major Locations: [ What are the major locations on your world? Include an explanation on each. ]

You also have this OOC text here that still needs to be removed.

And this is more of a suggestion than anything, but you may want to differentiate in your history between the Galactic Alliance now and whatever Galactic Alliance that you're referencing from before the Gulag Plague, as these would be two entirely different entities between those 400 years of darkness.

Let me know when changes have been made!
