Night Swimming

Setzi Lunelle

Searching for Eleos's Altar
Location: Sith Academy of Glee Anselm

The apprentice and Dark Jedi, [member="Theseus Reneun"] would have to take an underwater shuttle to meet his new Master, Darth Azurea. Formerly Setzi Lunelle, Azurea was now a Sith Knight and a trainer at the Sith Academy of Glee Anselm which had been painstakingly built from an immense and hollow cave on the bottom of the sea near the capital of Pieralos.

Although the name "Azurea" meant Agony in the Sith language, it also gave the connotation of blue waters, which was fitting because the female Sith Knight spent a lot of her time now under the sea - living, teaching and swimming. The shuttle was secure - only Sith were allowed down here - and Apprentice Reneun had only been admitted passage with the correct paperwork. Once he arrived, he would see the looming, new Academy. After gliding through a series of tunnels, he would eventually be brought out into an air pocket where the Academy entrance was. There was barely any sound now in the cave. Even his footsteps would echo loud and ominously as he walked the stone path to the main door.

He was so far below sea level that if anything happened to him down here, he would likely be buried in the soft sand under the water, never to see the light of day again. Even the shuttle operator joked that students who failed in their studies were “fed to man-eating sharks.”

His new Master would be waiting for him just behind the giant doors of the entrance.

(Sorry to keep you waiting. :3 [member="Darth Azurea"])

Theseus let out a confused sigh. As he looked around the place. It had been awhile since his second master wished to transfer his teachings to another. For various reasons that were of her own, he assumed. As he watched the currents of the sea. Only to wish he'd be returned to the land where he knew somethings at least. Theseus blinked and took a breath as he sighed a little more. That was foolish thinking, if his new teacher wished for him to be down here. Then surely she had plans and Theseus was curious to learn them. Theseus looked about as a lot of the new comers had yet to acquire lightsabers of their own. It was after all an academy and unlike most of these people. Theseus had received various teachings here and there. If he didn't of course stumble upon them just trying to survive on Nar Shadda.

Theseus finally was relieved when the transport arrived at it's destination. As he jumped out and began to navigate to where he needed to be. The tunnels weren't too horrible to navigate through. Though the sound of his own foot steps at least offered him something to listen to, besides the stray thoughts in his mind. Which usually Theseus enjoyed stray thoughts, after all the could develop concepts, which lead to schemes, which lead to truth. In the end Theseus was beginning to determine that was his destiny. Unlike most sith who delved into the art of deception. Theseus after so many betrayals, and misleads. Decided that he'd be better to reveal the darkest of truths, then cower behind the sweetest of lies. For if you can use lies to build allies, certainly the truth could be used to cripple and crush your foes.

Perhaps that was why the force brought him here. To teach him ways to wretch the truth from the grasp of his foes. To shed light upon the darkness of others. Ultimately good nor evil could exist, nor right or wrong. Only what is fact, and what is false. What causes balance and what cripples it into chaos. Yes, Though it was a thought process he knew not many would share. Theseus felt he was on the track of something greater, then himself and all whom he might meet in this quest. Though now Theseus walked up to the doors and began to open them. ~Let's see what truths can be found among this web of deception, what knowledge will be shed to light.~ Theseus said as he knew he would be well on his way to exploiting the truth of his prior jedi master, and ending his corruption. For the greatest lie was that their was any sides at all in the force. There was no light side of the force, no dark side of the force. Just the force, and the will of those who use it.

Setzi Lunelle

Searching for Eleos's Altar
(that's okay I deserve it after being so flaky with our training)

“Apprentice Reneun, please come this way,” said Darth Azurea. As part of her new military leadership position on Korriban, she had agreed to train a couple of worthy acolytes to groom for knighthood. Reneun came highly praised by Spellweaver, Perla Pirjo, and ended up the brunette Sith Knight's short list. She had read a dossier on Apprentice Reneun but wanted to hear about his background in his own words.

As they walked together towards the main training hall, she turned to him and asked, “Tell me a little bit about your background and also what you intend to learn from me.”

They passed Masters and students fervently training with various weapons and lightsabers. Demeaning comments were shouted to those who were faltering. Cries of pain rung through the cavernous halls. Darth Azurea motioned to a smaller room where they would have more privacy. Along the dimly-lit stone walls hung regular swords, daggers, even whips. A training droid sat deactivated in the corner. She clasped her hands in front of her and in a no-nonsense fashion, waited for Apprentice Renuen to tell her his story.
