Strengths and Weaknesses
[+] Muscle Density - Like almost every member of her people, Nisha has been blessed with a muscle density that can only be described as utterly ridiculous. It's not at the level of certain species that live under intense gravity, but it's still quite respectable - Nisha's 240 pounds, and looks more like an athletic 160.[+] Physical Prowess – Growing up on Indoumodo requires one to be physically capable, able to overcome a variety of obstacles through a variety of means. Nisha is quick, tough, and strong – she’s physically adept, in the way that one only becomes when physical prowess can mean the difference between life and death. She’s got more scars than a street brawler and her hands are more calloused than a construction worker’s – hers is a life of struggle and hardship, and she’d have it no other way, thank you very fething much.
[+] Iron-Weaver – There’s no better blade than one personalized for the wielder – as a student of her tribe’s smith, Nisha learned that lesson early on. She crafts her own weapons and armor, refusing to use any generic, impersonal weaponry. A warrior’s gear should be an extension of themselves, not something mass-produced, crafted without love.
[=] Naturalist - Nisha's people, living in a pre-industrial society on a hostile jungle planet, have developed a respectable resistance (but not immunity) to most natural toxins and poisons. Unfortunately, these same environments mean that Nisha is completely physically unprepared for the pollutants and strange chemical compounds that everyone else takes for granted. Toss her into a suburban area on a modern world, and she'll have difficulty breathing. The more polluted and artificial the environment is, the more severe these effects become - if you tossed her into The Works on Coruscant, she'd be a rash-covered, dry-heaving mess within a couple of hours. For this reason, Nisha tends to avoid such areas, unless she has access to protective gear such as a respirator and skinsuit (items which are almost inevitably destroyed or damaged in the combat she'll almost inevitably partake in).
[-] Heart of the Wild – Coming from a planet where plate armor is a fairly recent invention, Nisha's close to useless when it comes to operating delicate or advanced technology. She's not gonna shoot herself in the foot or anything, but you'd have to be suicidal to let her fly a ship, for example.
[-] On Edge - Temper, Temper. Nisha's got a short fuse, and she's packing far too much powder for her own good. She doesn't always turn to violence, but piss her off, and her response will be far from proportionate.
[-] Space Racist – Nisha tends to look down upon those who cannot touch the Force - not in any conscious way, at least not yet, but that inherent prejudice is still present.
Appearance
Nisha Skaiyr is 1.78m of animal aggression and primal fury, a physically exemplary package of inhumanly dense muscle promising ripped flesh and broken bones for any who might stand in her way. Multiple tattoos and scars adorn almost every inch of her body, and she'll display all of them proudly. Her body language is reminiscent more of a vornskr stalking its prey than anything resembling a human being’s, her resting expression is nothing short of contemptuous, and her face paint looks distressingly like dried blood. She’s one scary fething woman, and that’s exactly how she likes it. The fact that her injured eye, for whatever reason, seems to be perfectly functional, certainly doesn't help matters.Inventory
