Somewhat, yes. It's a blend of OOC information and IC threadmaking availability -- same with every branch. Perhaps that's why I made the oversight of having a designated forum. Still, it's worth making a specific zone to avoid confusion (though I don't necessarily see why we can't just make private threads on the Chaos proper).
