He's been pretty active and even trained a couple of padawans ( much to his irk 
) since he joined the Jedi the past three or four months.
I started separating all of his threads into training, invasions, events, faction and misc...
But he has way too many. Either way, the man has a balance in all threads in terms of requirements. He doesn't just focus on dominions or invasions, he contributes to training padawans, he also joins in faction threads.
In his interactions as Preacher, he has shown a measure of self control and discipline that should be shown by some of our more passionate masters, and despite his past, has proven to take time to consider things thoroughly before acting (I know, weird right?)
All in all, he has certainly grown as a character from when he first started out as a grunt solider non forcer with an aptitude for killing --- he has tempered himself and I believe that shows in every Jedi roleplay and training of padawans.
