What follows is a brief outline on Rebel Command's VIPs within the Rebellion. These NPCs can be fallen back on for story purposes through-out any thread involving the Rebellion. Obviously PCs with ranks held can hold rank over these particular characters.
The Story Thus Far
With the militarisation of the Rebellion from the scattered cell system into a structured resistance force saw several key elements fall into place that caused a need to switch its many of it's operational commanders from small individual co-ordination into active command of larger forces.
Measures were put in place at this time to establish a heavier ability to deploy when necessary and as such, with the current commanding elements of the Rebellion heavily involved in operational missions, a secondary tier of logistical command was initiated to operate the Rebel resources from their newly founded secret holdings.
Commander Rae Ozzel is a Corellian Female in her late thirties. She has lost everything she ever held dear to the evil that was the One Sith and the following fallout. This complete lose of all led her to seek out and join the Rebellion. Both brave and charismatic she leads the ground soliders of the Rebellion with a zeal that is infectious enough to hold the respect of every soldier in the rag tag organisation.
Admiral Doneeta represents the Rebel Fleet
Doneeta is the mastermind behind the Rebellion’s growing flotilla of naval and civilian ships. He adds a level of almost obsessive calculation to the constant logistical challenge that is the Rebellion’s interstellar forces. His strategic genius has already come into play with the amassing of the now dubbed Rebel 1st Fleet, a collection of military ships from various sources around the galaxy all tapped into the complex and well hidden Rebel Network.
Colonel Ora Stazi represents the Rebel Network
Ora Stazi, an aged Duros who has taken on the mantle of co-ordinator for the remnants of the many independent agents who originally did the ground work for the Rebellion's foundation. He understood that with the militarisation of the Rebellion the existing elements of undercover and infiltration agents had to be managed in some way other than the free-fall approach of earlier engagements. He is now head of the Rebel Network, which with his previous experience within the Underground and SIS has become arguably the largest free agent co-ordination system in the galaxy.
