So, for every unique account, we get access to one 400-1000 meter ship. Dunno what range HBDs and Nova Battlecruisers fall under, but we still need the count to help us in our ability to get more ships. Our ship count is a big step towards power, especially if/when we ever become a major faction.

Other than the Phoenix, how many? The only 400+ ship I personally own for this faction is the Duchess, I think. Regular HBDs are apparently 500m, so they fall under the 'one per person' rule.... We're gonna be using Nova Battlecruisers a lot more, I think...
