Carliah Dakrone
Walking the Path to Redemption
Carliah gave Yusan and the kids each one last hug as she stood with them in the throne room of her palace on Widek.
"I know we didn't give the two of you much of an explanation as to why this needs to be done, but this is the safest course of action for the family. We cannot stay with the Sith. Listen to your father, do what he tells you. I'll be joining you all on Veradune shortly. Please trust me," Carliah's goodbye to her children was a bit rushed, but she was on edge and nervous at the events that were about to take place. Everything had to be perfect. She glanced up at Yusan and merely nodded at him, too afraid to speak in light of the current situation. After a few moments though she found her voice again.
"Take care of them, and keep them safe until I return. I love you, all of you," She kissed Yusan on the cheek and smiled slightly.
She had sent the messages out first thing in the morning, by now everyone should be on their way to their designated locations to take part in what likely seemed like a suicide mission to most of them, and in some ways it was. She sighed softly and glanced at the large, ornate doors on the other side of the room. Any minute now they would be bursting open, allowing chaos to follow.
