STRENGTHS

Heavy damage: The bolts of concentrated Microwave Radiation these disruptors are calibrated to do severe damage to Bryn'adul metals and the tissues of members of the Draelvasir, the microwave Radiation nearly completely ignoring their flesh's resistance to energy weapons. Members of the Bryn'adul struck with this can expect a very high chance of horrific agony to their entire nervous system as their tissues break down, and can and will affect multiple variants of the species. The disruptor can even sheer through typically resistant metals found in Draelvasir Tech and weapons. An underbarrel Arc Caster unleashes destructive energy based off the Neural Stunner calibrated to affect the biomechanical mechanisms that allow much of their technology to function, as well as allow their weapons to fire. The energy stuns these mechanisms, slowly but surely degrading them

Apocalypse Proof: Designed to operate in all weather environments, as well as be easily repaired with only the most basic blaster repair kit, along with being difficult to damage due to sturdy construction

High rate of fire: Fires as fast as you can pull the trigger (barring mechanical limitations) due to advancements in the heat absorbing material of the rifle.

Ammo: a shockingly high capacity for a disruptor...over a hundred shots

Bull Pup: Bull pup configuration enables it to be manuevered in tight quarters


WEAKNESSES

Recoil: High enough that the Nuetralizer or organic wielding it prefers to not move too much when firing, possibly slowing them down in combat

Reload speed: It takes a few moments to swap out its gas canister clip, and a few more seconds for it to process fully for the rifle before it can fire again.

Range: only 250 meters. Damage dissapates significantly past this range by three quarters.

Recharge: Though the Arc Caster itself runs on a recharging battery, it takes 21 seconds to recharge per usage

Substandard repairs: If the casing itself is damaged and replaced with a substandard metal, its fire rate is reduced to very low to compensate for flawed heat absorption. Worse, its accuracy drops to point blank range

Syphon Filter: It is best to kill a Syphon before it gets in range, otherwise its just as vulnerable to a Syphon as nearly every other piece of electrical equipment. Also, once drained by a Syphon

EMP: EMP weapons cause it to jam in close proximity

Magnetics: Exposure to magnetic weapons cause its accuracy to drop by one rating for 21 minutes

Conventional: Its geared to destroy Bryn'adul tissues and equipment, but as a result does half damage to anything not Bryn'adul related.

Accuracy: Drops significantly past its limit. Also, only Average accuracy. Must be compensated by remaining still, in addition to its high recoil issues.

Heavy: You'll get tired lugging this thing around

Vanilla: Due to this barely escaping prototype phase, it cannot be modified

DESCRIPTION

The Model 1 Disruptor is the product of research efforts conducted by Nine Lives in the aftermath of the Battle of Sarka. Studying both tissues of Draelvasir species as well as samples of their metal as well as captured, working examples of their weapons, Nine labored for many days to develop this rifle model herself, along with Laertia's imput, The Brilliant Scientist having gotten something of a good understanding of how their nervous systems and tissues react to energy, designing a Disruptor that fires concentrated bolts of microwave energy as opposed to typical Disruptor bolts. The weapon is meant to be a quick, efficient slayer of Draelvasir, designed to face down the most common units being fought. While not a perfect solution, it is meant to be one of the first serious Anti-Bryn'adul weapons, and is not just available to Nuetralizer spec ops, but members of the Knights Obsidian as well. Nine sent the first production model, Serial Number 001 to Darth Metus Darth Metus as proof of concept.

Ordinarily, Nine would have wanted to test it longer, but the serious threat the Bryn'adul pose meant it needed to get past the prototyping phase as soon as possible. Plans are in the works for more ambitious weapons however...

There are a few thing's we're going to need to touch on before this can be approved however;

In my personal opinion this is considered a form of personal cloaking, which per the rules requires the application to be considered semi-unique or unique in classification.
Kerestian Light Absorbing Cells Module creates a 007 meter radius of near pitch black conditions around wielder

You mention a number of times that the ammunition capacity of the weapon is very high, though it is represented in the Technical specifications as Average. This should probably be a higher rating if you're going to be using it as a strength and balanced accordingly.

Additionally, many of your weaknesses seem to be rather easily overcome compared to your strengths which hold considerable mechanical advantage. If one or two could be altered to be a little more impactful. Conventional is a great example of a strong weakness.
 
Excellent, those changes are fantastic! The EMP weakness was a great addition.

Just a couple of issues with your Field here. Firstly, you're a little overpowered, you'll need to reduce the strength of something by 1, or to increase the weakness of something by one and then you'll be fine.

Secondly, just a couple of alterations to bring things in line with the template. 'Stopping power' should be altered to 'Damage output'. Ammunition capacity should say 'large' instead of 'high' and Low range should be 'personal' instead of low. IT simply prevents confusion and keeps everything in line.
