STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES:
[+] Long Limbs: Naturally long limbs make Iovty a deadly opponent in lightsaber combat
[+] Reptilian Vitality: The scaly skin and lean physique of Trandoshans make Iovty and strong and durable fighter
[+/-] Nurtured Peacekeeper: Although his species is very violent Iovty was raised as a peacekeeper within the Silver Order. Iovty will try his best to come to a non-lethal solution and will only result in killing opponents if absolutely necessary.
[+/-] Follower of Old: Iovtys first contact with Jedi was through retellings of Jedi from the Pre-Clone Wars and Clone Wars eras and because of this follows the way of life of such Jedi. This makes it hard for Iovty to have intimate relationships but he believes it's the best way for him to live as a Jedi.
[-] Disagreement with Peers: Because of Iovtys following of the Old Order sometimes the actions of his peers go against what he believes a Jedi should do. Although he respects his peer's decisions sometimes he wonders if the Silver Order is the order for him.
[-] Prejudice: Due to a few unsavory events involving Insect-like aliens Iovty is not very fond of them. He will work with them if necessary but avoids it if he can.
[-] Natural Monster: Due to the predatory nature of Trandoshans deep inside Iovty rests a savage best. Although he has mostly conquered the beast through Jedi discipline it still rests inside him and can come out if Iovty is too emotionally or physically strained. He is very ashamed of the best within himself and does his best to hide it from all he can.

APPEARANCE:
Iovty is a frightening figure. The deep orange reptilian eyes set in the eye sockets of a sea green scaled bipedal lizard is enough to scare the average person. However, the tan and brown robes he wears are synonymous with Jedi and settles people a bit, unless they're his opponent in which the 16.5-inch black double-bladed lightsaber hanging from his belt shows he's a dangerous man to go up against.

Bio:Iovty was born to a family of Trandoshan marauders in the Bes Ber Bikade sector who raided merchants and travelers within the sector. It was very clear that Iovty was force sensitive, even at a young age. His fast reflexes and ability to sense danger we're greater than a regular Trandoshans, much less a child. It was his fathers plan to integrate Iovty into the family business and to use his force powers to become one of the most feared marauding parties the galaxy had ever seen. To hone the boy's force powers he collected texts describing Jedi from the Pre-Clone Wars and Clone Wars eras. That was a mistake. After learning of the way of the Jedi from the texts his father provided him he grew disgusted of his family and their way of life, seeing it as the exact opposite to what the Jedi believed. He had to escape, and escape he did. When his family was out harassing citizens of the planet Kinyen he was left on the ship alone. He ran. He ran for longer than he had ever run before until he collapsed from exhaustion and passed out. Eventually, Iovty came to consciousness and found himself in the care of an old male Gran. When the man saw that Iovty was awake he asked him why such a young child was lying unconscious in the fields of the planet. When Iovty tells the man of his wish to become a Jedi the man took it into his hands to make that happen. Despite having only a very basic knowledge of the force and not being force sensitive himself the Gran man, who Iovty came to know as Father Yur, did his best to help Iovty hone his force powers. While Father Yur did this he also took long trips off-world in an effort to find a Jedi master for Iovty, but up until then he had never left the Kinyen system he eventually found a Jedi from the Silver Order (tbc...)
