SPECIAL FEATURES

• FAE/S-06 Reactive Targeting Matrix Allows for better accuracy with the GTG's shooting of its attached projectile of choice, better accuracy would also mean more security when utilizing the grappling hooks or the anchoring arrows.
• FAE/S-08 Small Arms Optical System Just like the RTM, the small arms optical system allows for greater accuracy over greater distances, making operation of the wristmounted maneuvrability device much easier at all times for the user to fully control.
• FAE/S-09 Active Harmonizing System An additional support program for the device to function optimally and to make sure all internals are perfectly attuned.

STRENGTHS

• A small and very light device, in this case being built as a pair, hardly noticeable for the wearer in other activities and thin and flat enough to actually be concealed underneath broad sleeves.
• Powerful CHARM miniature reactor allows for tight rewinding of the monofilament cord inside the spool casings, tensioning the cord for maximum acceleration upon release of the trigger.
• Highly resistant to outside AND inside electromagnetic influences, thanks to the newest Ersteel variation in the form of the SLCA, all electronics are properly insulated and the additional polycarbonite coating prevents the SLCA's inherent magnetic field from interfering with the internals, while the addition of alloyplast makes sure the moldings fit snugly and are patterned as such that the outside does interfere with possible electrical or electrokinetic attacks.
• Interchangeable projectiles, this pair of devices come with a set each of a wide range of useable projectiles to be used in any situation that requires it, allowing greater versatility and following the demand of the requesting party.

WEAKNESSES

• While considered accurate and strong enough to hoist people into the air, towards the user, etc... the stopping power of the utilized projectiles is non-lethal at best, though the anchoring arrow may lodge itself in flesh and armor, as this piece of equipment is not truly intended as a weapon, it will lack the overall qualities of ranged weaponry because of it.
• Complex mechanisms, because of its rarity and uniqueness, while no expense was spared on designing the two pieces that form the GTG, it also means that complexity has also risen. While reliable and robust, the internals are not easily repaired in any capacity by regular folks.

DESCRIPTION

Having gotten a unique request by Lyssara Thrynn for the design and construction of a versatile device that would be used for hoisting herself and perhaps some "acquired" valuable along with her as fast and as seemlessly as possible, the engineers of EnSol were tasked with creating a lightweight design for a wristmounted grappling launcher, but as usual, when it came to unique, one of a kind designs, the team of engineers went above and beyond, utilizing whatever brief they had gotten including some of the client's points of desire to come up with a truly remarkable little device.

Fitted with a insulated glove for each hand made out of Kaldrweave and enviroweave layers in order to present the best protection and best comfort, the two NZ GTG-01 Wristmounted Multipurpose Maneuvrability Devices combine into one useful set which boasts not just the ability to fire off a handful of useable projectile tools such as weights to act like a bola, but also an anchor arrow for hard and smooth surfaces and grappling hooks for the usual and typical scaling of obstacles.

The wires utilized for this device's springloaded trigger mechanism are made out of monofilament, a tough and strong material that can boast to be extremely lightweight and compact, allowing for the spools for each of the wristmounted devices to effectively holw around 250 meters of wire in a container not larger than the average nut, adding on to the compact dimensions.
