- Tough Cookie: This vessel can boast a very wide range of shielding systems, electronic anti-slicer defenses, stealth capacity and a nearly flawless point-to-point defensive array of FLAK turrets, granting this vessel perhaps one of the best defensive capacities within its class.
- Heavy Hitter: With a wide array of light to medium weaponry in the form of laser canons and light turbo lasers to guarantee fast rates of fire, in addition to an array of heavy turbolasers with a medium firing rate, this vessel can also boast four ER-1 electro thermal railguns, which combined with the heavy artillery guns grant this vessel a sizeable armament which can give any other ship in its class a proper run for its money.
- Fully Automated: The full automation of this vessel grants it the practicality of much smaller vessels because it needs a much lower number of effective crewmembers to operate functionaly and in prime order. This also adds better utilization of the armaments and defenses as they are operated automatically on authorized voice commands and console inputs rather than by manual labor.
- Large load capacity: With ample hangar space and a sizeable cargo bay, this vessel can hold quite a large contingent of starfighters and support craft, while also being able to carry around a sizeable army if need be.
- Fully automated: Even though in most cases the high to full automization of a starship seems to solely be beneficial, there are cases in which the controlling AI is taken down, extracted or forced to reboot, in which case the minimum crewnumber is not even remotely enough to keep the vessel in operational form, making it quite an issue when there are no spare crew in the vicinity or on board.
- Heavyweight: Because of its severe mass in comparison to other ships in its class, this star destroyer will have its speed lowered to the absolute minimum alongside its maneuvrability when performing flight in atmospheric conditions, making this ship somewhat of a sluggish...slug when it enters and operates within a planet's atmospherical gravity.
- Stabilizers: While the ship's stabilizers will perform perfectly in most situations, they tend to malfunction when the NZ HKAC/800 [Heavy Kinetic Artillery Canon] are used in rapid succession, which could cause the ship to experience "roll".
Upon the request of Ova Ziss , this new Star destroyer-sized private vessel was built, because it was to be considered a unique vessel, the N&Z designers thought it to be beneficial if they used not just a standard Tiber Platform, but the LM variety which was also recently put to extensive use in the latest battlecruisers of the company. As such, this unique vessel dubbed the Brother Bear utilized quite a few components and material used in tandem on said battlecruisers. With a matrix armor- trimantium hull and Ersteel SLCA primary plating, this vessel is without question an extremely robust ship that can handle quite a few scuffles with other vessels in its class.
Focusing on both firepower and impeccable defense, the Brother Bear has also been outfitted with a wide variety of electronic systems both for comfort, ease of use and operational improvement. However, it also boasts a near cavernous interior, with room for up to five thousand non-crew passengers in addition to the already maximum accomodations for up to seven hundred crew members, complete with mess halls, med bays and more.
As a cherry on top of the whole build, this ship also has a large number of HASS drop pods which can be used for forceful boarding and entering or as escape pods in case of emergency. Equipped and build to the highest N&Z standards, this vessel still manages to have a few small flaws, but these can be dealt with if the client remembers these flaws and keeps them to mind.
