- Stealthy: In, out, and no one's any the wiser. This dropship is designed to drop off targets under cover of night.
- Jig is Up: If stealth fails, the Lance is an excellent sprinter.
- Firepower: When your back is against the wall, don't discount the usefulness of quad cannons.
- Silent Running: While operating at Stealth Speeds, the Lance has a minimal sensor footprint.
- Crystal Grav Field: Stealth isn't an option when one of these is active.
- Speed Kills: The Lance class must reduce speed or risk discovery while operating stealth systems.
- Locked and Loaded: The armament is all locked to a forward firing position, limiting its overall damage output.
Capitalizing on the Scythe Class, and its ability to move unseen, the Lance shuttle is the perfect tool for quiet insertions. Armed with its own array of stealth systems, the Lance's smaller profile allows it to insert operatives behind enemy lines without the risks and hazards the Scythe class would endure. Not designed for full scale engagements, the Lance is armed to assist in getaways with both hard hitting cannons, and fast engines. And, push comes to shove, it's not bad at strafing runs either...
