October Event Preperation!

Okay guys, there is a big ole event going on in October. We should start preparing. The current OOC thread is located here.

Already there is a creature creation contest for the event. A big turnout could lead to some interesting things! So I encourage members to submit for it.

In addition a basic fleeting guide is here and we could use a fleeter.

[member="Popo"] asked me to post and make sure you're all informed and getting prepared. I can't help too much here, I'm the event creator. So it is up to YOU the player base of the Republic to get prepped for the coming maelstrom.

High stakes, cool prizes, and the most important, environments that are compelling and exciting to roleplay in. Or at least that is my hope.

As Tef said events shouldn't be about the prizes. Should be about the story and the fun.

Too true. The prizes are mostly things to add a competitive element. Objectives to be fought over. By in large the most appealing part of the event from my point of view is the unique environments being created for it.
