Rationale:
After countless raids and ransacks of wild space planets following the collapse of the Primeval, Ebon found himself not only in control of a large portion of what was once the primeval fleet, but massive amounts of goods taken from what was left of the unfortunate wastes left behind from their civil war. With thousands of men now under his command, and many more ships, he required some means of reinvestment not only to meet his fleets overhead, but to indulge his massive plans for expansion into the galaxy.
Over the previous months, he has continued his assaults in the outer rim of the galaxy, selling what he raids onto the black market for funds, taking every margin of profit he had to flesh out a company to not only support him, but arm and enhance his soldiers. Eventually, he formed Odyssey for exactly that purpose, his first steps into carving his own place out in the galaxy.

Description:
Odyssey is a company forged from war, but hides face behind the precinct of better businesses. Despite being under the direct control of an unruly warmonger, it is managed by a board of directors fully intent on maximizing profits at any means necessary, through crushing destruction of competition through violent means, or economic pressure. Their concern for the rest of the galaxy is minimal, working heavily to create conflict for their own arms manufacturing pleasure.
Despite it's heavily secretive nature, it does accept private manufacturing contracts, but is extremely loyal to the Primeval and it's owner, while morality is a poor excuse for lesser profits in the minds eye of Odyssey's board of directors, each fully willing to test their products on the poor and enslaved. Despite this, Odyssey continues it's running slogan of 'Progress through Protection', hoping it's development of strict armour, medical cybernetics, and enhancement cybernetics keeps the prying eyes of intergalactic policing off their corrupt backs.
