People knew of what mandalorians could do, fierce warriors whose reputation was renowned throughout the galaxy and often their skills had a high price attached, for with better quality came a higher price for even the most basic of services. Beyond that however many know not of their culture beyond a mandalorian rarely parted with their weapons, but they did not know the deep and rich culture spanning thousands of years, mandalorians were also among the best smith's the galaxy could offer especially when it came to their prized material beskar...mandalorian steel...a metal impervious to saber and blaster alike.

Most mandalorians knew the basic of forging with beskar, few put the dedication forth to become beskar smith's to their clan, stardust herself had just recently started her journey and as of recent had decided with her ability of fire she wished to learn the craft.

But for now it was time to teach, her wife Jade Solus Skirae was a amazing warrior viscous and deadly in the field of battle, but stardust wanted her to know the basics of beskar crafting a skill that took a bit of patient and a steady hand to craft ingots into weapons and armor. So she had requested jade to meet her at the forge on vanquo so the two could spend a day learning and refining their skills together.

She got the message from her beloved wife Stardust Solus Skirae to come meet her at the forge on Vanquo, she doesn't nearly spend enough time with her wives outside of work so she stopped on by, she only used the forge once to make her Gam not really used it since. When she arrived she arrived with a smile and greeted her beloved with a kiss before speaking.

Stardust glanced to jade and smiled as she accepted her greeting kiss and then motioned to the forge



no help needed, in fact I've called you because we both need a bit more time here



She moved forward placing her hand into the fire feeling the heat around it before removing it and turning to jade



when you married us and spoke the vows of a mandalorian you took the oath of the creed and you have lived up to it fully. But the creed is more then that, warriors do not get weapons from thin air they MUST be forged



She picked up a ingot of beskar as she tossed it up and caught it several times



you must be as good of a smith as you are a warrior...we both must be...the clan have their dedicated beskarsmiths who dedicate their lives to the craft to forge us great weapons. As of recent ive decided I will become one of the clans smith's



The sat the ingot down and approached her wife taking her hands gently



therefore I decided this would be a good occasion for us to bond some more over a craft that takes a bit more precision

She listened and observed what she was doing and saying, she didn't get much time in this forge as much as she would like the only time she recently spent here was in making her Beskar'gam.

She nodded as it was explained to her the customs of the clan she married into and how weapons must be forged she kept listening as her beloved explained what was to come, she smiled when she mentioned bonding time over the craft one of the things she enjoyed the most was to spend time with her beloved's and this was no exception.
