Sankt Yora
The Lady Vicar
Headquarters: Denon
Locations:
Duro [Warehouse]
Cyrillia [Humanitarian Development]
Operations: Shipping, Transport Services, Private Security, Custom Procurement Services
Rationale: Sankt Yora, the current owner, started as middle management, quickly catching the eye of the proprietor, Fylippe. She rose through the ranks to become his #2 partner, and for many years they worked in tandem. A plot to massacre the entire company leadership nearly succeeded, killing Fylippe and the board, leaving only Yora alive and in charge of the company. While she is the true owner, she is not the public face of the company and is known only by her moniker Lady Vicar, preferring to do business backstage and in the shadows.

Description: Offworld Exports began as a small company on Corellia, initially as a front for a smuggling operation. As Corellia changed hands over time, lending its governor's mansion to the Republic, the Sith Empire, the One Sith and a few intermediaries over the years, it became prudent for the one-time smuggling operation to turn to more legitimate sources for income. The nature of the business stayed the same, giving it an advantage in terms of existing logistical infrastructure and resources, but the content of the products and services delivered changed. Taxes were paid, officials were allowed in for inspections, and regulations were followed as far as they could be pushed.
Offworld Exports began with the typical smuggler's fare, from drugs to banned imports, and has since taken on more substantial importation business. Before the cataclysm that befell Corellia, OE was responsible for supplying the world with luxury items that inhabitants of such Core worlds desired. On other worlds, its services extended to importing of raw materials, and serving as a local distributor for weaponry, ships, and other types of equipment bought from numerous manufacturers.
Offworld Exports exists in something of a grey market, maintaining its neutrality no matter its location. OE prefers to do business with clients that respect this quality, which allows it to serve as a middle man for products that would otherwise only be available on the black market. As such, OE does not typically sell to the standard market like manufacturing vendors, but instead serves to fill contracts as necessary for clients, such as planetary governments and corporate interests nonaligned with the political leanings of certain clients.
For a fee, OE will also handle transportation of existing products or ships, as well as special orders such as a client desires. There are rumors that the company dabbles in smuggling, high-end theft and other such obtainment services, but these are dismissed by their public relations teams.
After the near-decapitation of Offworld Exports, their management structure was reorganized. On top is the illusive CEO only known by the moniker Lady Vicar. Below her is the President, a Besalisk male named Anso Vasu, with several Vice Presidents who handle Logistics, Operations and Client Relations respectively.
Offworld Exports is currently headquartered on Denon, and has interests on Duro and Cyrillia.
