Personality
In most cases, Ofira is mild mannered and quiet. To be perfectly honest, she is easy to overlook if you're not actually looking for her. The nickname she picked up, 'Silent Sister', was given to her for good reason. Fi doesn't find a need to be loud or rambunctious, nor does she delight in speaking just to be heard. She has always been this way, the quiet child - the Silent Sister - observing but never really being seen by those outside of the immediate family.
Her silence however, has it's advantages that have nothing to do with her family. It isn't just vocally that Ofira is quiet. She can move without being heard, light on her feet and with ridiculous control over her body. These traits have been honed by a surely questionable source, and Fi uses them to dispense justice to wrong-doers. A vigilante, a silent assassin, a Dagger - all while her family and friends remain none the wiser.

Biography
Growing up as an Ee'everwest most certainly had it's ups and downs. Fine schooling, luxurious living, but it meant that the family wasn't the only ones watching. The public have always had eyes on the family, which in turn meant certain standards needed to be upheld at all times. For Ofira, it was just quite more simple to be uninteresting and remain invisible to those eyes.
She had always been the quiet one, the sister who elicited no scandals, no trouble, nothing but boring day to day things that were expected of her as she grew. Even her own family could easily overlook her, and Fi preferred it that way.
But as she grew, Ofira had become curious of the ongoings of those who lived more commonly. Those who didn't have the world watching their every move. Eventually curiosity won out and she began to slip from the family home so that she could venture out and learn about the day to day of the common folk first hand. What she found, was an incredible drive for justice. To see the way criminals could manage to get away with things that were done to the innocent - not to say that crime ravaged Theed of course, but to Ofira? Any injustice was too much. And so she put her quiet skills to use, and delivered justice with her own hands. At times, this would merely be delivering thugs to the feet of the Crime Force. Other times, more thorough measures needed to be taken.
More than once she has questioned herself about this nightly routine, how cliche it would sound to some, and how dangerous it would sound to others. But as it stands, Ofira's family has no idea about her late night dealings, and she prefers to keep it that way. Quiet, well mannered, loving sister by day, Dagger by night.
