+Mounted Cavalry: From his Kagan heritage, Ogedei has learned to fight atop both horseback and upon a speeder, making him faster and more mobile than he would be on foot.
+Disciplined: The code of his clan is one that weeds out foolhardiness. He was taught from an early age to not let himself give in to emotional outbursts, or any acts that lack discipline. This makes him rather focused in his endeavors.
WEAKNESSES
-Stern: As a result of his discipline, Ogedei can come off as overly stern. This can sometimes make him abrasive towards others.
-Not Ranged: Most of his training has been through the use of melee and close quarters combat, but not much ranged. He feels uncomfortable wielding blasters, and typically only uses any sort of archery when hunting.
PERSONALITY
Ogedei comes off as a very stern, disciplined man. While this may seem off-putting to most, he is not above being friendly. He just likes his practicality. He holds the honor of his clan in high regard, as well as being a good ally to clans that ask for his hand in helping. In battle, he has focused ferocity that makes him a great fighter, but is uncomfortable with wielding blasters in any situation. After the conquering of Mandalore, he tends to be more critical of those who ally themselves with the Sith.
BIOGRAPHY
Many centuries ago, an expeditionary force of Mandalorians found themselves lost within the uncharted stars of the Unknown Regions. Low on fuel and supplies, they landed upon a feudal world that the locals called Tiantang. The natives themselves had just started their foray into the Galactic Age of Technology. Having no way back to their home system, the Mandalorians, with the blessing of the Tianese Emperor, were allowed to make a small colony on Tiantang. They found themselves kindred spirits among the people known as the Kagan’Jin, who were once great warriors and conquerors not unlike the Mandalorians’ predecessors. Soon enough, the groups intermingled, and a new Mandalorian House was born, and many clans underneath it. It is here that Clan Tomriin found its origins.
Ogedei Tomriin was culmination of one such bloodline, the posterity of a Kagan man who married and mated with a Mandalorian woman. As his ancestor lacked a clan name, the adjective “Tomriin” was chosen, as it meant “iron-clad”, referring to the hard metal that the Mandalorian armor was made of. Ogedei was raised in the hybrid culture, both as a Mandalorian warrior and Kagan equestrianship. His father was the alor of their clan, and much more was expected out of young Ogedei. He was forged into a great warrior, eventually being chosen into the seat his father once held.
In his lifetime, he saw Tiantang change. Once, the Yu and the Riben peoples held majority over the Kagan. Yet, he also saw the rise of his people once more. The Khaans rule Tiantang nowadays, and with their blessing, he has chosen to create new bonds with the Mandalorians who have fled their world after the Sith conquered it. He now seeks to help his Mandalorian bret
