The Onomato Holdings 102 Yokoyama Luxury Yacht was designed for luxury and comfort in mind; although intended for mass production their was only one made due to staff shortages and lack of markets. As such the first one was given to Senior Executive Officer Kishimoto Nakaioma who would call it "The Yakuzo" after his brother in law whom he shared a special bond with. The Yokoyama Luxury Yacht is heavily armed and armored which allows it to stand up against pirates and criminal syndicates who would seek to board it. Coming equipped with extensive shielding throughout the starship itself in order for the occupants inside to be safe. Being powered by Isotope-5 Fuel Rods allows it unparalleled speed and engine power and the spacecraft is just big enough to fit a single craft hanger for Kishimoto's Personal Shuttle. Although the Luxury Yacht is not a warship and does not carry the same amount of firepower as a traditional frigate would and thus has to avoid those kinds of encounters to avoid being destroyed completely. The lack of starfighter protection is also a concern although Onomato Holdings provides an escort to whatever the SEO is going. The Solar Sail Propulsion is also easily damaged during fighting and impacts with small mediators which requires the entire solar sail to be replaced.
