The OPIB is the federal law enforcement branch of Omega Pyre, it's missions and Agents are as diverse as the territories Omega presides over. Most Agents are recruited from local law enforcement agencies and assigned to a section near their sector so as not to increase potential tension from "outsiders" encroaching on planetary governments. The OPIB investigates various criminal activities (internal and external) in addition to providing tactical and practical law enforcers.

U N I T S:
S.W.A.T (Special Weapons and Tactics) Responsible for specialized and tactical situations beyond capabilities of normal law enforcement.
Investigators (External) Responsible for all criminal investigations within OP territories. Sectioned off into multiple units (Narcotics, Homicide, etc.)
Internal Investigators- Responsible for following up on claims of corruption within Omega Pyre's own government and affiliated branches.
Protectors- Work within normal law enforcement duties except on a federal level.
