OUT OF CHARACTER INFORMATION
GENERAL INFORMATION
  • Unit Name: Omega Squad
  • Affiliation: Silver Jedi Concord/Team Leader and brother.
  • Classification: Sweeper/Tactical Special Forces Unit (Wetwork, Demolitions, Rendition)
  • Description: They are a seven-man team.
COMBAT INFORMATION: They are a five-man team, one team leader, one pathfinder, two snipers, one overwatch, one slicer/communications/second in command, one combat medic, one demo, one heavy gunner
Weapons
Sniper Rifles:
Heavy Weapons:
Underbarrel/Wristmounted Attachments:
Grenades/Explosives:
Transports/Support:
Communications:
Miscellaneous:
Defense:

  • Combat Function: They are the dirty little secret of the SJC, they are a special forces team that will take the nasty missions and do the horrible things necessary so that the rest of the military and Silvers don’t have to. Their types of assignments include but not limited to HVA(High-Value Asset) rescue/retrieval, HVT(High-Value Target) removal/demolition. Enemy military leadership destabilization.

  • Strengths:
    1. Know each other well- These guys have worked together since the Imperial Academy, they are not brothers by blood, but by experience and choice. They don’t have to “be” on the same page, they are naturally, often knowing each other's positions without having to speak.
    2. Brutal but effective- The only “civies” that matter to them are Silvers. Anyone else is either “expendable” or a “package”. This outlook gives them a more effective result in the field.
    3. Strong knowledge of planetary cultures- None of them are “university-educated experts” mind you, but their experiences have allowed Omega Squad to learn about the cultures of different planets and factions. This is an immense help when it comes to extraction.
  • Weaknesses:
    1. You’re on your own- The problem with being effective in this line of work is you do not get the support others might need. You are trained to get yourselves out because you will be disavowed if caught.
    2. I don’t know who I am anymore- The extensive wetwork(assassinations) and other similar types of assignments naturally take their toll on the psyche of an individual. Omega Squad is no different. None of them are very social and when not in a briefing are often drunk in a bar or worse.
    3. Target on your back- They may be unsung SJC heroes, but Omega Squad’s actions have brought them a lot of enemies.

  • HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Former Imperial sweeper team, straight out the Imperial Academy, Omega Squad made a name for themselves with assassinations and sabotage of enemy stations and shipyards. They followed orders, completed their missions, and did not question anything. It was all a part of the job and ideology was best left to the politicians.

It was when they were ordered to extract an Imperial citizen from a CIS occupied world that things changed and they carried an embattled political leader, in danger of assassination by militia forces, across border lines against orders. The team never disobeyed orders before, but that was when they believed that there was nothing to question, that they were in the loop at all times and had all the intel they needed.

This put the target on their backs. Leaving Imperial space for the Unknown Regions the team, fighting the odds to stay as one came across a Silver Concord Jedi, who shall remain nameless. He told them of Redemption and how it was never out of reach if they just reached for it.

This was a lot of “Jedi Hooey” to them, but they took the offer to come with him back into Silver Space. All members were segregated and debriefed fully before being offered to continue their work for the SJC. This was not ideal, but it was honest work that was more straight forward.

They justify their work in a culture that looks down on violence as this is what allows the populace to stay above it. They are not good people, and they know it, but they are actually getting used to the idea of doing the wrong things for the right reasons.

Hey I am here to help you get the submission squared away. There are a couple of tweaks to make and then we can get this approved.

No. 1. GENERAL FORMATTING
There are a couple places where the code is broken. One significant area is under Strengths where that entire header seems to have been deleted. If you can edit that back in for me that would be awesome!
No. 2. EQUIPMENT
You are indeed going to have to list out the specific equipment, and hyperlink it please. The reason for this units are restricted on what they can use depending on their size and availability. As you go through what is available to you from the Silver Jedi Armory keep this table in mind:
m9iV36K.png
For Small and Rare, as you have chosen, you could use anything that is Limited production or greater. Also if you do use anything that is not from the Silver Jedi Armory and open market, you will need permission from the original poster, or proof of purchase from their marketplace if they have one. If you have any questions on this I can help you! Keep in mind you can also use canon items from the Wookiee to your heart's content.
No. 3. PERMISSIONS
Since the unit is affiliated with the SJC you may use anything that is associated with them and you will not need to provide permission. Of course you may if you would like, but would need to link to said permission.
No. 4. AFFILIATION
Please link to the SJC faction home page pls.

I think this about covers it... looks like along list, but should be cleared up relatively quickly. Any questions you have about the Equipment and Permissions you can ask me here, and we can get you squared away!
