Isobel and Grayson Mattis became disillusioned with the efficacy of overarching governmental powers at a fairly young age. Born on Galidraan, they spent much of their lives in seclusion, beneath the watchful eyes of
Tidus Sidaras
. He feared for their safety on their homeworld as their parents had met an untimely end due to political unrest and unsavory circumstances. He vowed to take care of the pair when they were orphaned and eventually they found themselves lawful Citizens of Coruscant. Mr. Sidaras had family on the ecumenopolis, funds, and a means to protect them. He raised them as if they were of his own blood, instilling a sense of duty, purpose, and respect.

They lived in Galactic City and graduated with top marks from Greater Coruscant University. It was during these formative years that they first discovered the truth about the world they had come to love. It was the same as Galidraan. Corrupt. Social projects revealed that the supposed lower class suffered intensely. Some, never even ventured from the lower levels. Never even saw the sky. Their goals began in earnest. From a shared flat, they began to plan, breaking the silence with wishes and wants. The thought of being able to make a difference seemed so very, very far away. What could they do?
The twins spent weeks, months, pouring their energies into a workable business model. It began with research. They spent every moment of free time getting to know the parts of Coruscant that the wealthy did not wish to know. Beneath the bustling skylanes, cloud tipped spires, and flights of fancy they found greater truth. Every class suffered. Some more than others, obviously, but few were privileged enough to know true peace. The people became pawns in a game that stretched between a variety of galactic powers. They were ants. They had no quarrel with the people that came to usurp their, but, it didn't matter. An ant had no quarrel with a boot.
They got stepped on regardless.
Crushed.
Over and over. From the One Sith, to the Galactic Alliance, the Core Imperial Confederation, and more--It never stopped. Movements and galactic powers always washed over them like waves created within the gentleness of a tsunami. Even with the best of intentions, there was a strong, strong possibility that it would end in flames, ash, and tears.
It was beleaguering and tiresome.
Throughout the years the Grayson twins ingrained themselves into the very foundations of Coruscant. Community projects, such as historic restoration, suddenly became big news. They pooled their resources and began a small corporation called Omni Prime that focused on housing and property development. At first, they pooled their resources and nearly spent the entirety of their inheritance on what appeared to be a pipe dream. Real estate was precious, and expensive when a world grew upward and not outward. It was made doubly difficult to get a business started because they were relatively young and without the proper connections. Coruscant was a world in which one only got ahead if the correct palms were greased. They refused.
Just when they thought they might need to give up their luck seemed to change. Through a series of smart investment properties and the accruement of interest, they were able to recoup their losses and expand. They've spent the last decade forming the Omni Prime Group, cultivating it, to the point where they have a hand in almost every corner of the planet imaginable. They became non-profit when they could self-sustain and after the Sith Empire destroyed the Core, fully, turned their focus toward the needs of the Coruscanti people.
It began with Omni Prime finding homes for those that had none. Ushing in vigils for the lost. Finding funds, acquiring meal, and clothing vouchers, while ensuring that distribution remained fair and orderly. There was a lot of red tape to cut through when it came to returning home but Isobel Mattis is not a creature that will take no as an acceptable answer. The Coruscant News Network began to heavily criticize Emergency Services and Authorities for their inaction. Unrest grew. In all truth the blame did not fall to these individual departments, but, the overarching governments that failed to manage them. They were underfunded, undertrained, and woefully unprepared. When all was said and done Galactic City didn't really seem to care where aid came from. As long, as the people were taken care of. As long as Coruscant could heal from the gaping wounds Sith ships had left behind.
Omni Prime was content to do their part and remain unnamed during that travesty. Afterward, they focused on other domestic issues. Such as health care, commerce, safety, and stable architecture. Each act provided benefits to the people at large, and soon, they began to notice. Working out of their home was no longer a viable option and they began hunting for a larger facility. A friend and patron donated a decrepit old tower from Monument Plaza. It was barely standing after the attacks, but, it was one of the oldest buildings in the area. It was made to last. After a year of construction, they were finally able to open their doors fully and found a home in Umate.
Donations flood in freely to support their many ventures. The pair seem to have a talent at making problems go away, moreover, they seem to have their thumb on the pulse of the community. They provide when needed, speak up when asked, but always keep Coruscant in the forefront of their minds. The end goal is to create the opportunity for Coruscanti people to thrive and reach a point in which the whims of galactic powers no longer bring them to their knees.

Remind the people that they are all the same, and none, are above the other. Their success is directly tied to their ability to connect with the masses in a meaningful way.]
- [Production] Omni Prime does have an office for applied sciences, however, they generally do not handle mass production. Often they may create items that will benefit specific portions of the community, or, for individual use. The contents of this R & D department are kept under lock and key.
- [Problem Consulting & Resolution] This is the least well-known portion of the Omni Prime Group. The twins have a knack for making problems go away without a fuss. They work quickly through a variety of means and leave no mess behind.
The Mattis twins started the Omni Prime Group from scratch after pooling funds from their respective shares of their inheritance. At first, it almost failed. The pair watched how different governing powers came and went, often, leaving the planet to suffer the after-effects of war and destruction. Many Coruscanti people have been left in dire straits due to events they held no part in, from galactic governments, that they had not asked for. Many, have never recovered. This led the twins to the conclusion that something needed to be done. No one else seemed to lift a finger. They didn't see how full the lower levels had become, nor, did they acknowledge that atrocities that were carried out in the name of making Coruscant their capital.
Isobel and Grayson collected many like-minded people that share their vision. The people of the Omni Prime Group operate with the old, old adage, of Coruscant First. Once, it was a sentiment that was often mocked in social circles. Isobel and Grayson hope to bring it back with a true sentiment. They may not have been born on Coruscant but they do consider it home. The well being of the planet, and her people, come first in every decision they make.
