Strengths:

Heavy Armament: Designed to be the biggest and largest thing on the battlefield. The Omnipotence class has been designed using one of the strongest reactors the scientists at Sasori and Saotome could produce using advanced research into energy harvesting and production with a sleg empowered reactor that exponentially increases the amount of power the ship can produce and use. This allows it to send energy where needed such as shields, speed or weapons but it can power its solar ionization cannons and forward firing heavy weapons. The beam cannons are designed to punch through ship hulls that they would be able to use against it
Heavy Armor: Designed to compliment the heavy weapons is some of the strongest armor that can be used for them. Matrix armor that is setup and made to be ablative over the alusteel and protective armors. The heavy shielding and redundant shield that they can work with the ship to provide layers of protection making the ship itself something to going into a battle by itself and holding the line. The defenses for it are internal as well with variable plating for sensors and gravity to handle attackers if they manage to board the ship.
Multi-Role Dreadnought: Something big and able to fill several roles from a massive fleet carrier, with squadrons of fighters and drop pods for sending soldiers and vehicles to planets. To a system dreadnought that is designed in the old style of star destroyers. With one supposed to be able to hold a system from most ships. To the all important command ship in fleets as it provides some of the strongest weapons and it is able to tackle other ships with overwhelming firepower from its cannons.

Weaknesses:
Slow Moving: Given its massive size the Omni class is not the prettiest or the fastest but it is designed to be the strongest dog in the fight and come lumbering into the battle protecting the others while soaking up damage.
Focused Firing: Forward mounted beam cannons for decimating and going after around the nose of the large ship with a massive cannon designed to smash into everything. The major weapons on the ship itself are forward mounted and have a limited firing arc that is directly in front of it.
Limited Systems: To make the best use of its power the special systems of the ship were limited to the essentials and designed to be very strong and dangerous. The experimental reactors is dangerous and with enough jostling and damage could detonate the ship.
Limited Hanger Space: The large hanger that has been made is central and made to house a large section of the ship but it is smaller then expected. The fighter squadrons for its size are smaller and more focused to provide it with additional space so that the superstructure of the ship allows it to power the defense and weapon systems.
Sleg Reactor: Designed using the ore from Sangral, the sleg enhanced reactor has exponentially higher power outputs for all of the ships weapons, shields, engines and the systems easily. The danger of the reactor is that it is a large shielded and protected area of the superstructure for the ship reducing internal space but also making the ship able to function. The reactor when damaged can become increasingly dangerous allowing it a chance to explode.

Description: A technological marvel that has been developed by Sasori, Saotome and Phenex industries. The ship is something designed to enter a system with escorts and there is meant to be nothing able to match its firepower and the thick heavy armor and shielding for it protects it. The major drawbacks to it is.... the hanger has been eliminated with docked flowers on it across the hull that can detach and provide additional firepower in a system with the ship.

The other major drawback is while it has a higher performance engine that has been worked on to give it a little more speed then others its size it is still unable to turn compared to anything else. Its strongest weapons are also a very powerful thing but they are stationary and require timing to prepare and prep for firing rates. The amount of weapons on the ship is higher then many others have ever seen or faced which is an important thing to state in the end.

There were a lot more sections of the ship worked on making it into a large beast of a ship. They have not been working to endanger some of the things and it is not made to be a star destroyer but the design is good for a warship as it can give a lot of firing arcs. The plating of the ship make it a powerful tank with heavy grade shielding that will protect it. The work that was going into discovering the super advanced reactors that would be able to power it.

I know the gun count is looking insane and going to totally need your help to tone it down and balance it but I think with the few hundred posts of dev (2 more 100 post threads for its systems and guns themselves) should help balance it out... and the hanger should be balanced with the drop pods for landing troops and vehicles on planets.

Alright reworked it since the cannons got removed for [member="Kami Meran"] and now got to be better. Hopefully you'll like flying around with one of these [member="Coci Heavenshield"] to well make people stop acting silly/stupid

it had forward mounted fusion accelerator cannons but since your ship got reported with them. can't have ultimate weapon..

You should also tag [member="Gir Quee"] for these things.

I think Reshmar was saying that it was going to be a tough sell to sub a ship with maxed out offensive and defensive stats no matter how much dev you put toward it. That aspect of starship creation isn't my thing, so I'll leave it to Gir or someone else to help you figure it out.

I'd swap out some of those energy weapons for more hypervelocity cannons and mass drivers for a more balanced loadout that includes more mass-based weaponry. The Rhongominyad mass drivers are versatile guns that would be good to use. Some of those ion batteries can be replaced with my deimos positron cannons. They're equally effective at stripping shields, intercepting projectiles, and excel at shredding through unshielded hulls no matter their composition.
 
[member="Sala'dine"], I'd really advise only pushing for one stat area to be near the max (20), even with exceptional development behind it. The Union-class which I just made didn't have anything at 20, and as I understand it, it got reported for being too powerful.

This will probably have to be toned down considerably in order to pass, especially at minor production.

As a suggestion, I concentrate on having this ship excel in one clear area or specialized role, rather than making a ship that is exceptionally good at a large number of things.
