On The Empath To Understanding

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."

Endor

Just outside one of the smaller settlements of Endor's forest moon, one of the plants moved.

Jak had been on the moon for only a couple days, but already he was enjoying the scenery. The forest covered almost the entire moon, and the Force was strong here. So long as he kept an open mind, he'd stand to learn a thing or two by the time he took off again.

Putting a hand to one of the mossy trunks, he closed his eyes and began to sink into the Force. "... hey... my name is Jak... I'm not here to harm you... I only wish to know..."

A twig snapped behind him and he opened his eyes, turning slowly to see who the newcomer was.

Skyler in her attempts to find who she was meant to be had found herself going around to the different battlefields that Jedi before her had fought on in the past and found herself wandering around the forest moon of Endor. SHe would reach out through the force but feeling someones feeling flow through her with her empathic ability's it made it hard for her to not notice the person, she would make her way over toward him

Jak Sandrow

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak stepped away from the tree, curious as to the newcomer. "... Hello? Is, uhm... is there something I can help you with?"

Deciding introductions were a good place to start, he continued, "My name's Jak." The Force was coming off of her in waves.... was she a Jedi? "If you're looking for a good place to connect to the Force, you can't pick much of a better one. Nature is one of the easiest and richest ways to understand more about the Force; that's why I'm here, at least."

Skyler would listen to the man and through the force she could feel what he was talking about with the force here and it was a strange feeling. She would look at him and speak "My name is Skyler"

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
He smiled, giving her a wave/salute. "Nice to meet you, Skyler." He eyed her, then the tree, then her again. "Do... do you know what the Force... is? Uh..." He shrugged. "I'm not much of a teacher, but... you seem like you could use some help."

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
"Oh, well, fantastic! It's no worry, I'm just curious. What kinds of things are you good at?" He shrugged, turning partly away from her. "Maybe we could learn something from each other? I dunno. I've always wanted to learn from a prodigy."

Skyler would listen first then speak "I can do a few tricks such as this" As she spoke she would concentrate and before you could say boo there were heavy dark clouds in the sky and rain pouring from the sky

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak nodded, eyebrows rising appreciatively. "That's... wow, yeah, that's amazing. And useful." He closed his eyes and soaked in the rain. "...Very refreshing... how do you do that? And can you do it in desert climates?"

Jak Sandrow

"Nobody cares for the woods anymore."
Jak whistled appreciatively. "That's... wow... that's some serious strength you've got. I've never been able to access the Force that smoothly, that fluently. Prodigy you definitely are." Leaning against the tree, he waved encouragingly. "What else can you do?"
