It had taken some time but the Assassin was on the last steps of their hunt. Now it was just time for the final climax. He had narrowed them down to the planet of Jakku, specifically in law orbit around the desert world. Thocor was on the lookout for corellian corvette, a modular ship type that was a dime a dozen these days. In his own scout vessel he was scanning around the planet.

Thocor usually didn’t care much of details for his targets in regards to what got them in such a situation that an assassin like himself was deemed appropriate to deal with them, and this target was no different. Just new she was of some race he was unfamiliar with and upset the wrong person or crowd.

Eventually his scanners got what he was looking for. Thocor oriented his ship to begin heading in the direction of his target where he sought to ambush her. Rapidly moving over the horizon of the planet before they were targeted. Once the guided projectiles were sure to hit their target Thorco took the shot. A speedy ion torpedo shot out from his scout vessel and into the side of the corvette where it would work its magic and leave the craft like a sitting duck.

After which Thorco had his own ship latch on next to it on their docking tubes. When the door opened to the corvette for him to finally enter. He had his shield out and a blaster pistol drawn, aiming beside the shield. Quickly but methodically making his way into the ship. He knew that the scanners didn’t pick up on much life in the ship, but he figured there would be at least some sort of droid crew. He wondered if he’d accidentally boarded a derelict ship as he moved further into it.

Ion Torpedoes?! Docking?! Damn, this man thought of everything! Draco saw the assassin’s ship approaching and moving for the docking bay, anger filling her mind as she watched the assailant so eagerly come to kill her. Yet something else came with it… joy. Joy to test out her new systems and weapons. Joy to truly see if she was as good as before

When Thocor Duke entered, there was a smoke screen, as if his torpedoes had done more damage than originally thought. Though standing at the entrance was a massive creature, standing there wearing some VERY futuristic armor, a blue visor with a skull etched into it staring him down as the hilt of a dual bladed saber rested in her right hand, the ancient voice of Darth Vader echoed throughout the room

“You would be wise to surrender”

Thocor watched with caution the figure as the large figure stood imposingly before him. The armor to him was unfamiliar, likely some sort of power suit. He knew that they were some sort of Force Adept so he figured the heavy armor might be counter intuitive for them. Seeing their lightsaber hilt in their hand the assassin spun their blaster pistol back in a fluid motion into his thigh holster.

Looking up at her with his shield in hand he shook his head.
“I don’t back down from my targets…” With that he launched his shield with a powerful toss. Using The Force for added momentum to the aerodynamic disk. First it hits the floor between them before bouncing back up into Draco’s armor. All the while Thocor was rushing her. The shield upon making contact would bounce right off the armor forcefully where Thocor recalled it back with the Force to his arm where it latched back on. Where he instantly followed up with ramming into her with his shield out in the hopes of knocking her down. Using his strength and assisting himself with the Force to increase the impact of his blows.

A little stress testing first… the shield bounced off the floor and slammed into her chest, causing her to back step slightly out of reaction to the force and dropped her saber. She looked up as he flung himself at her, surprised by his aggressiveness despite using a defensive weapon. Though this could ultimately play into his downfall.

Draco braced herself, pushing her arms out and keeping her elbows unlocked, she grabbed at the 10 o’clock and 5 o’clock, catching Thocor Duke and halting his charge before flinging him to the left into the wall, giving her enough time to recall her saber to her hand and ignore those two red blades, to which she’d leap and attempt to stab down into the shield assassin

She was certainly as strong if not stronger than her size let on. Then again a lot of it could be augmented from the armor she was wearing. His charge was stopped as Draco grabbed the shield. Looking up at her before she lifted him up and into the wall and knocking him down. Seeing her get her saber back and ignite it. Quickly retaliating by going in for the kill on him.

Thocor quickly kicked himself away from the wall, sliding away from her stab on the floor. Using the momentum he performed a kickflip, quickly getting back onto his feet, his shield held out in front of him to block any incoming attacks. He was quickly realizing that she was gonna be a tough opponent. Even without his shield he wasn't totally without defense, but it would get a lot more risky.

With him withdrawing from confrontation and playing more defensively, she holstered her saber and drew a different one, this hilt was much smaller, barely larger than her hand, and strange in design… even more so when she ignited it and revealed The Dragon’s Fangs, her lightsaber personally crafted for her by Arianna Belasko, it’s special properties designed to be a pain to deal with.

“I am Draco Miles, blade of Countess Belasko, and I have never known defeat.”

That was a lie, her previous master kicked her ass on multiple occasions… though he was dead and she used his shit to make her armor, so technically it’s a new leaf! Plus how the fuck would he know that?

She opened with a lunge, pulling her arm across her chest and slashing downwards as if trying to cleave him in half from his right shoulder to his left hip

Thocor had wondered for just a moment why they ditched their lightsaber, but that was quickly made clear to him when she pulled out and ignited her new weapon. He had never seen such a lightsaber. It was outlandish in design, was it even practical? “And I am Darth Paragon…” He replied.

He had no time to get a feel for how the weapons might give him trouble as Draco moved in with a powerful blow from the weapon. Using his phrik shield he would block the incoming strike. Utilizing the lightsaber resistant material of his shield to take the hit. Moving it to the side like he was parrying her blade he countered with his own attack. Having pulled his fist back he launched it up into a nasty uppercut to where her chin would likely be. Using not only his natural strength, but also adding extra impact to with the force into his beskar crushgaunt.

Thocor felt confident that even if their armor could shield them from the pain, the impact should surely knock them back some and just put their head in that heavy helmet of theirs.

Stepping forward after the parry to put more weight on him aided her defense on the counter attack, as his uppercut first collided with her knee before it could build up full power. Doesn’t mean it didn’t hurt though, she grunted as she threw her empty left hand forward, grabbing his collar then yanking him forward, towards her and into a headbutt before trying to stab his shield and use the magma properties of it to actually melt his Phrik shield, having tested it beforehand and understanding it’s immense properties to even potentially melt Beskar, she just had to hold it there. Of course distractions would be needed as well, so as she held him there, she tried to hammer his side over and over again with a series of knees, slamming that armored joint into his more than likely less armored side and even kicking his shins and knees, trying to kick off the pads on his joints and make it painful to support his right leg

Thocor wasn’t doing too great now, having had his punch hit her knee block rather than her helmet. It was then that he was picked up and instantly dazed by the violent headbutt. Seeing stars for a moment when he was able to finally collect himself he was feeling like he was in a world of hurt now.

She was constantly kneeing him in the side and her unique lightsaber was looking to destroy his shield. He knew it would take a while, but his arm was starting to get hot as the metal shield conducted heat from the lightsaber. Under his mask he gritted his teeth and reached out with his free hand grabbing her neck below her helmet. Physically his grip was pretty weak, more like he was just placing his hand on her neck.

But a second later the effects could be felt under all her armor. Even though he couldn't see it, he could feel it. Using The Force to bypass her armor and choke her out from under it. He wasn’t expecting to beat her like this, but he was sure it would make her drop him and lay off for a moment.

Choking? Kinky~ she felt him trying to gain the upper hand and knew how that she had him on the run, so she gripped tighter and simply threw him, threw him back into his ship, slamming into the boarding coupling, then counter boarded. Stepping onto his ship, she’d raise her Fang once more and stab downwards, hoping to pierce through his shield after superheating it so.

Anger still boiled within her for this man’s audacity to attempt to even board her ship, but underlying beneath this was joy, overwhelmingly so, to have beaten an assassin, to prove she was indeed so much more better than what her previous master had thought, to prove to herself that she was so much more adept at Lightsaber combat than those who belittled her had thought. Achieving victory in this battle proved that she was indeed earning of her new master’s special attention as an apprentice… well, at least it did for her, obviously Countess Belasko wouldn’t be giving her that attention if she didn’t think Draco deserved it

Thocor got what he wanted, now he just needed to make sure that it wouldn’t bite him in the butt now. Having been thrown into his own ship she seems like she’d bested him now, repelling his assault back onto his own ship. Standing over him on his own ship they were going in for another possibly finishing blow.

However, there was no time for him to raise his heated shield to block it. Instead he grabbed it with his crushgaunt, stopping one of the duel blades before it hit him. Thocor shouted in pain as even though the beskar glove could stop the lightsaber that didn’t mean it didn’t burn his hand underneath.

Raising his shield he seems now like he was about to strike with it. But instead he violently tossed it to the side. Propelling it with more power thanks to The Force as well as empowering it to give it more destructive power. The Shield flew off to the side where it bounced off the wall and back right into Draco’s helmet. The fight wasn’t over yet. Even at such a disadvantage Thocor was still a capable fighter.

Draco watched this man GRAB AN IGNITED LIGHTSABER and was impressed! Though to punish this foolish action, she put her weight into the stab and pushed further, almost hitting his neck before that shield slammed into the back of her head and made her lurch forward, grunting as she fell past him then struggled to get up, heavily dazed by the blow and more than pissed off now as she stood up and readied herself once more

After having her get knocked off of him Thocor rolled away to get a bit more distance from her. Getting himself up onto his feet the best he can. However, after the beating she gave to his side just moments earlier it was hard for him to put much weight on his right leg. Opening his hand and looking down at it he grimaced under his mask from how much it stung. Sure the lightsaber didn’t go through his hand, but that didn’t mean it didn’t burn like hell. The gauntlet was also now extremely scorched and will need some repairs later.

Breathing heavily his eyes stared her down from behind his mask intensely. His shield was likely rapidly cooling now. With his good leg he stomped down on the curved edge of it, having the force fling it back into his grip. Thocor spoke,
“My client Bortu The Hutt wouldn’t be pleased if I didn’t fulfill my duties here. It’s nothing personal…”

“Your contractor is a dead man.”

She said with a snarl as she ignited her secondary saber then threw it, spinning that shit like Darth Maul and flinging it at him while closely following behind it for an uppercut. He could either choose to block the saber or her uppercut. Either way, it was a nasty situation he shouldn’t get out of unscathed

Behind his mask Thocor’s eyes narrowed. “Impossible, I just-” But before he could fully reply he had an ignited saber staff flying towards him at alarming speed. Meeting the sudden speed of it with his shield, he blocked it, parrying it mid-air and knocking it aside.

However, as he did what he left himself wide open for her follow up attack. It seems as though the lightsaber toss was just a distraction. Thocor took the uppercut right under his chin and it knocked him back and off his feet. Being knocked into the wall behind him and slumped down limply. Was he dead? He seemed rather lifeless, but that was shortly proven to not be the case as he started to loudly snor. He was knocked out cold, from either the punch or being knocked into the wall.

Oh hey he’s passed out… perfect! She tied him down in the co-captains seat, using a seatbelt and welding him into the chair so he couldn’t even run. She made sure to thoroughly check him for weapons and stripped him down to his undergarments too out of embarrassment. Like a child severely pranking their friend, he was not going anywhere. She marked this Bortu the Hutt, and began flying his ship to the client while instructing Albert the Nuetralizer to get the ship up and running
