One of the forum codes isn't working

When I use this ['url=www.google.com.au]Google[/url'] Google
It doesn't turn into a link.
When I use @Charactername
It doesn't tag the person.
What is happening? I must have accidentally clicked something.

If the @Mention isn't functioning correctly there is a chance that either a, the name is spelled wrong when you type it out, or b, there is a space at the end of the account name and it isn't registering with @Name. Here's a way to overcome the latter issue:

[member=Braith Achlys]


This performs the same thing as @Mention, but always works.
