One Sith Planetary Governors and Sovereign Rulers

I am going to start making a list of our current territory under One Sith control. In this list will include the current reigning sovereignty, as well as One Sith Lords or Voices in charge of the planets if applicable.

This will also include the availability of the Imperial NFU Diet.
