Jorus Merrill
is mek bote
So this is a followup to the Extragalactic Exploration Challenge, which comprised about a dozen threads created by a lot of people, and Deep Black Sea, the mini-event I ran last month. This one's low-key to accommodate the holidays. I've got no big nasty plans, no crazy stuff for people to keep up with, no objectives, no prizes. The premise is really simple.
Jorus is a Master who has no Force powers except for hyperspace. He can make a hyperdrive-class 1.0 ship go 0.5, a 0.5 ship go 0.2, and he could also reach that speed with his own ship, Gypsymoth, when it had a 1.0. He recently had a 0.5 hyperdrive installed. We're going to go faster and farther than anyone, ever -- we're going to make a long run to another galaxy, drop off a little probe or something.
Now, I've promised extragalactic hijinks to [member="Sochi Ru"] and [member="Kana Truden"], so they've got the first two spots. The Gypsymoth can have a crew of four and six passengers max. If jumping in on this is something your character might do, if you've got a good reason to come along, let me know by posting here. This'll probably be a quiet little thread. Holocron time, intergalactic empty space, then a glimpse of a new galaxy - and I'll make that worth your while.
