One way to make an entrance...

Being out of imprisonment for almost a week, Pecus now wondered the deserts of Tatooine. His purpose was finding food. He was hungry. Before he was given food, given as much as he could eat. Now it was different, the Alpha Male would need to hunt.

This would be a lot different to what Pecus was used to. However his primal instinct soon took over, Pecus had now become a mindless beast, ready to eat anything.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Location: A small town on the outskirts of the Tatooine desert

It was market day in the town. The only noise that could be heard was the haggling and arguing of both the customers and the market keeps.

With no warning, an ear piercing roar could be heard. A roar that had not been heard in a long time, a roar from a creature that had believed to be extinct. A Kaija. Following the roar, faint screens could be heard. This was the sound of destruction.

Ripping through a small hut, the Kaija was now in the middle of the market. People ran from the hulking creature, fearing for their lives. Meanwhile, Pecus, the Alpha Kaija, finished swallowing the corpse of a dead citizen. Pleasure filled his body as the food was consumed. The first food Pecus had eaten in days. What now filled the market square was no longer goods and trades, but was only chaos. Absoltue chaos.

Pecus would continue to terrorise the town, until something, someone stopped him.

Screams fell from the arid desert. Maleus stood in the midst of the crowd, men and women scattered in the midst of the ensuing carnage. Market tarps fluttered in the wind as a profound blast of air jettisoned from man to man. Stalls were ripped to shreds, mangled bodies were trampled under-foot like leaves under pavement.

Most sane men would flee from this chaos, most men.
Maleus was drawn by the power this creature produced. He continued on, making his way in the middle of the square.
He stood there, eyeing the beast, sizing it up.

"Hmph."

In Pecus' rage, he barely noticed the lone man. Still standing in middle of the square, amidst the chaos. Taking a step towards the unnerving man, the creature, who was almost twice he size of his opponent let out another roar. This time into the man's face. The razor sharp teeth of the Kaija would've been apparent to the still unflinching opponent.

Raising a bladed arm, Pecus was preparing to strike.

Eventually, the arm would swing forwards. If Maleus did not move, he would easily be decapitated.

The power behind the guttural scream sent him sputtering back a bit. Through squinted eyes which had trouble adapting to the gale he noticed the armored talon accelerating towards his current position.

*Swoosh* He ducked down on all fours, his arms shot up immediately thereafter. Repulsive energy screamed out of his palms, heading for the creature that had almost taken his life.

The force push itself was nothing out of the ordinary. Just something to keep it off balance. Though this was only an attempt.

Expertly, the red man dodged Pecus' attack, and unleashed a force push that sent Pecus stumbling. Weighing just under 4.2 short tons, the push would never of effected the creature greatly.

Quickly regaining balance, the Kaija when berserk. Letting out an even louder roar, the fully grown alpha male charged towards his enemy. It would take an army to stop him. Unfortunately for Pecus, during these mindless rages he was even more unintelligent than before. His only aim was to kill his opponent, Maleus.

Hunger was fuelling this rage, and until his hunger was satisfied, the rage would continue.

This time he was sent reeling, the power of the scream actually knocking him into the air. "Interesting.." The beast wasn't done, it was charging him. Due to his current position of being in mid-air, his maneuverability was severely hindered.

"I see." He ripped his blade from the side of his waist-band. The crimson vine snapped to life, his right hand held the blade and his left shot out again to guide his ascent. His feet slammed onto one of the guard rails of a random stand, he pushed off just as he was about to be reduced to a bloody stain.

The explosive impact was enough to send him careening back-wards.
"It's obviously angry..Perhaps when it calms down..."

[member="Pecus Ira"]

Glowing red eyes almost showed the beast's anger as it came to a stop. Turning back around to face his opponent, the beast was distracted by something else. A live Eopie.

As if forgetting that his lightsaber wielding enemy was there, the Kaija tackled the Eopie, crushing it's ribs and organs, killing it instantly. Biting into the torso, the Pecus started to feed. Completely unaware of what Maleus would be doing behind him, the Alpha Male continued to eat. Finally getting the meal he had been waiting for.

His defence had been lowered, all that was protecting him from his opponent now was his Durasteel armour and his exoskeleton.

There was a reason why Malues had acted so defensively. If he was to attack out-right he'd be obliterated, his opponent's level of strength was far greater than his. Even the force had been less than effective. With this in mind, he devised a plan, and the timing couldn't have been better. It's attention was now upon devoured meal. Maleus ran around the beast's flank, when he neared the beast he propelled himself forward, whilst pushing off the balls of his feet which pitched him in mid-air.

The sword itself was inverted, now that it was turned down-wards it would follow his descent which was meant to carve into the beasts back, if it could even pierce it's skin.
In all honesty, he doubted this would do little, but that's what he hoped for. He wanted to tame this beast, even though he knew it was futile. Much like flame, you could not tame it, only direct it.

"You're mine!"

As the beast consumed the dead carcass, something hit him. Something pierced his skin, and cracked part of the strong exoskeleton. Whatever this weapon was was now shinking into Pecus' body through the exoskeleton crack. The danger of internal organs being damaged dramatically increased.

Another roar erupted from the beast, this one was louder than the rest. This noise would rival that of an earthquake. Maleus had not stopped the monster. No. He had just angered it more. Swinging his bulky body around once again, Pecus began a frenzy of blind attacks, hoping one would hit. His claws were launch in all direction, and the blade swung from left to right.

Soon enough, Pecus would get tired. He hadn't eaten enough to sustain a battle of great length and knew if he were to win, he'd have to end it now.

Malues was an experienced fighter, he knew how to effectively dodge and parry conventional attacks. Unfortunately for him this battle was unconventional as they come. It was true, he was able to dodge most of the frenzied attacks using his reflexive prowess and intuition to guide his movements.

Then something odd. Pain.

He looked to his chest to see it had been ripped open, blood spilled from the exposed wound. The cloak he wore was no longer wrapped around his body, the joints which kept it together had been ripped asunder.

Now Maleus's bare skin was exposed. Some ways up a massive hole stood in the place of where one of his hearts used to be. His artificial heart was also visible, the metal frame was illuminated by the glow of the pulsating generator.

"RaGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH!"
He screamed.

But not because of the pain.
But because he had been reminded of his previous pain.
He drug the blade across his chest, touching it ever so lightly.
The wound itself was instantly cauterized.

He turned his attention to the beast, his right hand lowering itself chest level, while his left hand gripped his wrist. He prepared himself, to match the beast rage with his own.

The stance of Juyo.

He charged at the beast, not caring what was unwise.
He too would throw a flurry of attacks which he hoped would disable the beast. Sadly wishes and reality were two different things.

The opponent had been hit. Pecus could smell the blood. He could smell the pain, the regret of the enemy. Stopping his attacks, the beast looked up, hoping to see a body laying on the ground. A dead body,

But what met was the same fighter, covered in blood, a hole in his chest. The man was in the Juyo stance, as if he were to continue fighting. Never had Pecus met an opponent so resilient. If Pecus was not in a blind enraged state, he may have doubted his chances of winning against such an opponent.

Injured, tired, and beaten, Pecus would not give up on this fight. Like all Kaija, he would fight to the death.

Before Pecus could launch his attack, he was assaulted by his opponent. The attacks he was being hit by were to fast to keep track of. Overwhelmed, and tired there was no chance the beast could defend or block all these expertly placed hits. The only option Pecus had was to hold his ground and wait for his enemy to get tired.

However, the truth was, he was way past the time for tactics. Instead of the sensible option, the beast again launched himself towards where the attacks were coming from. This would be his push to destroy his opponent.

The armored husk rushed forward, yet again. "Umfgh" Maleus prepared to retreat from his current position so he could strike again but he was too slow. Like an arrow against a taut string, he was sent flying. "Ugh.." He had been abused, this beast was relentless in every-way.
Whereas he was not.

The fatigue, his injuries, there were starting to work against him. He was mortal, flesh and blood.

It wouldn't be long before he was left with nothing. Then again, he had nothing, so it would be of little consequence. "Rrrrrrr." Slowly he struggled to his feet. "No..." "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" This time it was different, the noticeable change caused his aura to change. It's essence was of hate, rage. The same rage that been fostered while under the guise of his felled master.

Something he used only as a last resort as the damage done to his psyche in times like this was immense. In this state, he didn't feel mortal, he didn't feel pain.... There was only thing he felt....

Rage.

"RaGGGGH!" He charged at the creature again, utilizing not only Juyo, but his emotions. It was a last ditch effort to defeat the beast.

Watching the Sith, unflinching, Pecus could tell something was happening. Not only did he not fall, but he had also found more energy to continue fighting.
What would happen next, Pecus could not predicted.

With a roar almost as loud as the creatures, Maleus charged, straight towards the beast. This courage could not be found in many men.

Overcome with a frenzy of attacks from the Force User, the beast again roared into the air, but this time it was different. The roar was not purely out of rage, it was from pain. Wounds opened all over the underbelly of Pecus. Throwing his arms up in an attempted block, Pecus hoped his opponent would soon tire.

It look as if this battle would be one of attrition. If Pecus could reserve his stamina, it may be the difference between life and death.

(OOC: By the way, I don't mind you cutting off Pecus' blade arm.)

[member="Maleus"]

"It would seem any attempt to tame you will be futile. *Gack*" He pulled away from the onslaught having realized he had exhausted energy he did not have. "That's right... I Did lose a decent amount of blood..." Juyo was physically demanding, heavily strength based, and driven by emotion. His racing heart was a testament to the amount of skill it took to wield it efficiently. If he hadn't trained vigorously in this form he would have already lost consciousness.

Still. He wouldn't have enough strength in his attack to de-limb the beast. This is why he knew he was reaching his limit, he himself remained ignorant of the beasts current energy level. "*Sigh* He paced the beast in circles. "Let's see..." His right hand which held his saber was stretched to his side, his right foot sliding out and the left foot aligned with the heel of his right. It was the opening guard of Makashi.

It was obvious now. He was on the brink of defeat, he couldn't risk trying to out-match a beast in strength. He would simply have to use finesse, though he doubted how much he could accomplish in his current state. He was already weak.
(Nu =D)

Just curious, how many more posts do you want this to continue on for? Because I'll need to make it so Pecus loses, because we don't want Maleus killed do we?

(Nah Maleus definitely lost. He's just looking for a way to escape without being chased down and killed LOL [member="Pecus Ira"])
