Operation: Shieldbreaker (Assassination Attempt on Ayden Cater)

So, after talking to the man himself, we have determined that A. It is ok to attempt an assassination attempt and B. It will be happening over Drunkenwell. So, here's the plan.
First, as a quick note: if the Advisory council does not approve of this, Strask is doing it behind their backs.

The first step is to get past the Protectorate Fleet. To do this, we'll either use or steal a Scion-class, depending on whether or not this is official. The ending zone will be the shipyards that they are in the process of rebuilding. Once we get into the system, all radio and communications will be shut down.

The second step is to get to Cater himself. To do this, we'll need to infiltrate the shipyards and avoid any Protectorate forces. Do not engage unless you have no other choice. Once we can reach him, the attack is twofold: one team plants a series of explosives where it could kill him, the other attempts a straightforward assassination with Shatterguns and Stilettos.

I think that this should not be done period. We can't kill Ayden, he'll just use the failed attempt as PR. Why would we want to do something that only puts the faction in a worse place already. Now if we want to say, go on a raid to destroy the recovery efforts, I would be fine with that. But this assassination is stupid.
