BIOGRAPHY:
Growing up on Nar Shaddaa, Ora's family was as poor as poor gets, and not exactly stable. Far from the spiritual and calm Mirialan norm, her mother was an abusive drunk, and her father was so henpecked he couldn't really do much about it. Ora contemplated leaving home quite a few times to find sanctuary with her cousins, but never really worked up the guts to defy her mom. Fortunately for her, life on Nar Shaddaa tends to create its own tragedies. She was barely a proper teenager when a gang war wiped out the slum district her family was squatting in.

Unfortunately for Ora, gangers tend to have superb business sense when it comes to what to do with young ladies. She spent the earliest years of her adulthood working in a brothel, doing things that she'd rather not speak of, before finally working up the courage, the guts, and the luck to just shoot everyone in sight of her and disappear into the blaster smoke. From there, Ora tried to find work doing whatever it was she could do.

Considering she grew up in Hutt Space, though, it was pretty much entirely unavoidable that she'd fall in with criminals. Rather than the standard smuggling, extortion, whoring, or piracy that most Nar Shaddaa kids tend to find themselves in, Ora's path led her to being a rather common con artist. She made a few credits in one area before getting discovered and having to move on, and repeated this process until she had to leave Hutt Space altogether. Force knew she probably should've figured out how to be a good con artist by then.

Now she's on the run in a rather different area.
