HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Created after the collapse of the Eternal Empire, as extra living and workspace, but provides a large planetary defense system in case hostiles wish to attack the home system.
While the project was a huge undertaking without the aid of other planets and Empires, it took nearly 100 years of creations before it was finished. It had only been in full operational capacity for about 50 years before Draconia was acceptation refugees and other populaces from around the galaxy, Most of which live on the ring, or whos immediate relatives lived on the ring.
