Name: Ori'akaan Shukur (Great War Breakers)
Intent: To give the Mandalorian Protectors the ability to support an assault, transport supplies and wounded, and a decently sized mobile shield generator in the field.

Description:
With the need for support weapons and vehicles along with dedicated transport and medical transports, but with little funds to afford them, the Protectors realized a middle ground was needed.
Much with the Bev'uliike, the Mandalorian Protectors put the Ori'edee, a great, hairy mammal found in the polar region of Mandalore, to work. Plating the creature in beskar and trained to work on the battlefield, the Protectors realized the Ori'edee worked well in a variety of roles.
The first was the assault support role. With a platform mounted on the creature's back bristling in weapons, the beast could support an assault on enemy positions with the firepower it carried. While it could not run fast or well with such armor, it could allow the crews upon it to pour fire into the enemy, supporting those units that were fast enough to engage quickly. Between the heavy armor and the massive feet and tusks, enemies were both frustrated and kept at bay, finding the beast's armor hard to penetrate and the approach to the vulnerable underbelly dangerous at best.
The next was the transport and medical platform. Designed to haul supplies, ammo, troops, and wounded to and from the field, the combination of heavy armor and a wide platform was highly beneficial to the battlefield. While it carried no weapons, it didn't need to. The beast could carry tonnes of supplies and ammo, easily loaded and unloaded with the dual winch cranes on either side. Troops could be carried to the fight atop the beast and wounded could be loaded with the winches and ferried to medical facilities in the rear. As a support transport, the combination was a success.
The last was the Shield variant. These beasts carry a large shield generator capable of creating a 45m diameter shield bubble. This, coupled with the heavy armor the creature wears, allows the Ori'edee to provide a mobile shield generator to protect those seeking shelter.
Due to the low number of Ori'edee and the limited availability of the armor designed for their use, the units are fielded in units of two to four beasts total, though only pairs of the creatures are normally seen.
